With all due respect, it just isn’t that simple. I say this has someone who has been in federal court for 4.5 years, costing over $1million in legal fees, standing up against trans ideology & men who claim to be women in female spaces. If it was as easy as you’re saying, the ideology wouldn’t be as dangerous or powerful as it is. Trans ideology is psychological abuse, it has weaponized empathy & forced people to accept the most obvious bullsh*t. No one believes a man can be a woman on their own accord for no reason. Literally no one. Recently in Australia, a woman athlete has managed to get a message to media anonymously explaining that a woman’s football club has told all of the members that they will be punished if they forfeit matches against the team that has 5 men (who claim to be women) on it. Another woman has been found guilty of vilification & ordered to pay $95,000 in damages for bringing attention to the fact there are men in that football competition. So the women in the competition are being told they will be punished while fully aware that a woman already has been, to the tune of $95,000. (Kirralie Smith is appealing the decision & continues to fight against this ideology after years of being dragged through the courts). That’s what they’re looking down the barrel at. So, they’ve done the next best thing: anonymous media report. No one in power has done anything to help them. Nothing. The organization that should help them - the Australian Human Rights Commission- won’t, because it is corrupted with gender ideology. I know this because they’re fighting in federal court against me fighting for female only spaces. So, do I wish that every woman in the world would speak up against trans ideology? Of course. But I understand why many don’t because I understand the ideology and manipulative power that it has.

Very, very poor. What kind of question is ‘do you think trans women are women’? How about:- ‘Can you clear up the relationship between the guidance and the law? Can you clarify that the law is not dependent on the guidance?’ ‘What do you think of the delay?’ ‘Can you reassure women that single-sex spaces are protected under the law?’ ‘Who is your guidance meant for - employers, service providers, businesses?’ ‘Why are women having to go back to court in case after case despite the Supreme Court ruling?’ ‘What steps are you taking to persuade the government to publish the guidance?’ ‘What happens when biological men or service providers say they will refuse to respect the law? Is there a penalty?’ Instead we got ‘what is a trans woman meant to do? Who is going to police this? You’ve picked a side and the trans community noticed’ BBC Politics cannot exit its trans framing. It views every aspect of this story under a trans lens. What an opportunity missed. Deliberately missed. At least the online write up actually picks up the top line

Malcolm Gladwell says if males agree to stop invading women’s sports, in response females must accommodate all the other demands of the trans movement. Once again, a man telling women they must consent to other men’s demands for their private spaces AND VERY IDENTITY. When people say that Lily Tino is not a “real trans woman?” What do we know about boundaries, responsibility, and safeguarding? When it comes to safeguarding, how can we tell the difference between a real vs false "trans woman?" Here's the thing, women can't afford to take the time to make that discernment for our own safeguarding. It is our responsibility to respond immediately to our own instincts for danger. It is not our responsibility to try to understand whether men are sincere or not in their performance of womanhood, or what their personal reasoning may or may not be. The problem with the notion of "inclusivity" is that it is at direct odds with holding out BOUNDARIES. Boundaries require exclusivity.

For example, if a charity wants to hold a trans-inclusive women’s coffee morning as a service open to the public, without opening it to all.
