I really like this actually. I was about to roll my eyes if they actually redeemed Henry but no, he proved that his thoughts on humanity were his own.

I took that scene as that he’s too far gone by this point manipulated he has no one if Patty was there she could probably bring him out of it, but she’s not. It’s a sad ending for the character, but it is really the only way Henry can find peace.

I find it very curious how he cries while saying it. I think Henry is more mentally controlled than he realizes.

At this point he has spent so much time sharing mind with Mindflayer that he genuinely believes he had choice... or he did.. Vecna is a complicated villain... but definitely a villain.

This was such a good reveal but would’ve been even better if it was at the end of episode 7
