For all the comedy in this debate about THCa/THC.. I'm going to make my point clear. The bullshit gaslighting by these shills & grifters is over. The argument is not weather THCa decarbs. It's about the LIE of "Legal THCa".... watch don't watch. But now you shills don't get... show more

Damn. Almost 60k views and ZERO hate!! 🤙🤙🤙 Appreciate yall #CannabisCommunity

Ex-industry executive here: Can confirm that THCA is a legal loophole overall as it were and you are correct, lies are present but I need to clarify its both. It's both illegal and legal. Some are authentic and they struggle to hit peak but also still met with various growing strategies (I'm not a grower but you are and maybe your knowledge will demystify something for me) and even plenty of faked COAs. Its very muddy, its nearly impossible to see what it is without knowing a company at full transparency and knowing the sources. I don't know anyone doing it 100% right or even 95% right. Many are in it for the money. A lot dont smoke or get high, let alone on what they sell. Personal experience there witnesses that first hand in plenty of situations. Not all but plenty. The 0.3% is being met with the Delta 9 THC limit. The limit in other states is "THC" which encompasses all THC. That is why there are shifting companies from state to state and plenty are dying off too. At this point I'm willing to jump on live and break down my first hand experience to help clarify what's happening in the industry. You all deserve to know. Everyone deserves that knowledge. It's not exactly straightforward. It never is. But I am here because I want the clarity to be present for everyone just as it is for me. I was on YouTube live and such plenty of times for this very reason. I care. I am now on Twitter and found this community, love the people, have plenty of laughs, and I'm here to smoke one with you and if anyone is in to hear what I have to say on it, an insiders perspective, I'm here for it. Industry execs won't like it. Lawmakers might actually like it and apply it. Who knows. Either way I want to see a change even though I'm not in it anymore. It's about the community and the people. Clarity is key.

Really appreciate your input!! 🤙🤙🤙❤️

Good video brother. IDK anything about Dusa stuff so I will stick to what I do know. The hemp has to be less than .03 THC. They take that hemp and refine it down just like we do with say wax or hash. Weed that might be 15% THC might get up to 50 or 60% or even higher after refining. At that point, it's not .03 THC, it's much higher, making it indeed imo an illegal product that does get you high, but so far the authorities have not enforced it, until the GA case broke. I've never trusted carts or any of those manufactured liquids because we know nothing of the process or the products they could be adding, like the spice compounds of years ago. I think you nailed it pretty well in your video, with style and grace. #GreenLove Brother.

We must share the same blood type brother. Your speaking gospel here. These kids are getting way out of hand. 30 years ago when we were all new to the industry we could have never dreamed it would get so crazy. 👊

Amen...
