For anyone claiming I’m lying about the call, here is the sequence, and it’s all reflected in my call log. At 6:12 PM, Aidan called me from a random number. Once I realized it was him, I answered, told him not to contact me again, and hung up. He...

Yesterday I was moving into a new apartment, and I had some help from a couple of guys who do moving work. I first noticed something when I went to pick them up at Home Depot. While talking to the older man, he received a call and answered, “Yes, commander, I’ll call you back.” I ignored it at first. Fast forward to when we got home and started loading and moving stuff. Another call came in from the same “commander,” this time on speaker. The moment I heard the voice, I knew something was wrong, and the man didn’t realize it. On the phone, they were asking him for $2,000, saying the girl he was supposed to marry next week was sick and needed money for treatment, even though she’s supposedly a military nurse according to her profile. I signaled him and muted the call. I told him to ask for the commander’s name, and he did. The guy said his name was “Marthin” and then “Martinez” 😂. I took the phone and said something, and the scammer immediately hung up when he heard my accent. A few minutes later, he called again, asking why the man had handed the phone to someone else and claiming it was against their “security rules.” I took the phone again and cursed him out. I told the man to block them, which he did. Then he showed me many more messages he’d been receiving. The man was already far gone into the scam. I’m glad I was able to stop him from being scammed. These people really work hard for their money, really hard. I told him it’s better to get a new phone line.

Some of them thinks Dispatch Riders don’t have family, relatives or someone looking out for them. I once took soldiers & police to arrest a Lady at Yaba, charged her to court because she used street boys to assault one of my riders… They attacked the rider, restrained him, and took his bike. I was not aware of the incident cos my Manager was trying to resolve the whole issue all by herself without involving me but when it was getting late she called me by past 10pm to brief me of the whole situation, how can you hold a rider down from 5pm till almost midnight just because he forgot your item . Rider called you to come out to take your item only for him to discover he was not with it . Rider begged that first thing in the morning or if possible he can quickly rush back to bring it for you same day. You decline and started assaulting him . Different people called to beg her to release him, she was not having it . The vendor ( Sender) called to beg , my management called, I called to beg she was adamant. I then called my friend who was a military personnel and together with 6 of my guys (all soldiers) we hit the road past 11 pm . We got to Yaba almost 12 midnight, reported to the nearest police station.

I paid for the first date and never heard from him again. A guy I’d been talking to for a few weeks had been asking me out consistently but my schedule was packed so it took me almost 3 weeks to finally make time for a date. Eventually, I drove to his place, picked him up and we went to a restaurant we’d agreed on. We ordered food, talked and everything seemed fine. When the bill arrived, he looked a bit nervous after seeing the amount. He showed it to me and I simply paid with Apple Pay. Afterward, I dropped him back home. That evening, he texted me saying he appreciated everything about me but he couldn’t continue with the relationship. Since then, he barely replies to my messages. Now I’m confused did I do anything wrong?

Pamela Okoye has finally spoken out after a Nollywood producer got into a f!ght with her. According to her: The producer had been ch@sing me. He repeatedly texted me, saying he wanted to be in a relationship with me, and he even went as far and offered me 10 million naira to sl££p with him. I declined and made it clear to him that I was not interested. and I also told him I was in a relationship I told him am very dis@ppoint£d in him I, “Just because I allowed you to be close to me does not mean you have the right to speak to me this w@y.” I w@rned him right away. I WAS PLAYING TAPS FOR A “DEAD” MOUSE AND HE RAN TO ME AND TRIED TO BURROW IN MY TOTE BAG. THEN HE STOPPED MOVING. I PRONOUNCED HIM DEAD AGAIN. SO I HELD A PROPER FUNERAL. PLAYED TAPS AGAIN. AND HE JUST REALLY LOVES TAPS. BECAUSE HE CAME BACK FROM THE DEAD. AGAIN.

"On Thursday he called me to sit with his friends, something he usually wouldn't do. He told me how proud he was of me, that I was a fighter and that I was his pride. I didn't understand why he was telling me all this.” Bar Asraf's sister Lihi shared a memory of her brother. This weekend, Bar took his own life at the grave of his girlfriend, Liron Barda z"l. Liron was murdered by Hamas at the Nova massacre on October 7th. Last Wednesday, Bar danced at his brother Maor's wedding. Family members say he was happy, sang, hugged everyone, and was moved by the celebration. On Saturday, the family had gathered at their home. "At noon, he wanted to go to the pool," recalled Lihi. "We said we didn't have a membership, so he said, 'Okay.' When we couldn't find him, we started searching on foot. We thought about where he might be, and we said we'd go to Liron's grave. At first, I didn't see him. Then I saw him lying there. I shouted, 'Bar, get up!'" "Only then did I understand what had happened. At first, I was even afraid that they had killed him. I didn't understand what I was seeing." Bar's family said he and Liron were soulmates. "Liron would come to us all the time, especially on Tuesdays when Mom would make couscous. When he was on a trip to Colombia, she even flew in to surprise him. They were soulmates." Lihi shared that after Liron's murder, "At first he didn't sleep for a week, didn't talk, didn't eat, and didn't laugh. Then slowly he began to recover." "He went back to laughing, talking to people, and spreading Liron's love. He would organize meals for soldiers in her memory, and on Passover he organized the distribution of packages to the needy. He was a person who was always helping others." Bar's mother shared: "Liron was everything to him. She was his best friend and his psychologist. It was important to him to tell her about everything he did. After she was murdered, he would come to the cemetery almost every day. I told him not to go all the time, but only when he really felt the need to go and talk to her, and he listened." "Two months ago he was sitting in the living room and crying. I asked him, 'What happened?' and he told me: 'Mom, it's hard for me without Liron. There's no one to replace her. I miss her.' He hugged me and cried a cry I'll never forget, loudly." "Bar was a boy who loved life. He had a huge heart. He cared so much for his siblings and supported them," Bar's mother said. "On Shabbat, a few hours before leaving the house, he sat with me, ate some of the cakes I made and said to me: 'Mom, only you can organize something like [the wedding celebration], and make sure that nothing is missing.' Then I told him I was going to rest. He told me, 'You deserve it' - and when I went to bed, he just left." Bar's mother said to everyone mourning him: "Remember Bar not because of his tragic end, but because of his huge heart.”

Back in January 2025 when I moved into my new home, I found Biscuit. He was being chased by dogs, and I took him in. Biscuit and I instantly bonded. He rode with me in my truck. He would chill on my shoulders when I walked around the house. He slept with me. He was truly my friend. When I posted about Biscuit when I found him, everybody loved him. He's was truly a unique cat. I didn't post about what happened to him, because it took me a long time to process. One day, earlier this year, Biscuit got out and was hit by a car. We never found out who did it. I was the one who found him. All I could do was bury him and mourn him. I've been around a lot of animals in my life. I love them, and I'll protect them at all costs. But I'll never get over losing Biscuit. Ever. The first pic is Biscuit when I found him. The others are when he settled in and I got him cleaned up. I miss you, buddy. I really do. Vale, Biscuit. Until I see you again.

Dear Everyone, The last few days have been hell. Losing Kiyo has not been easy and I’m not ok. Kiyo gave me the best time of my life. The level of joy you brought into my word and any space he was able to exist in was incomparable. Kiyo was my lover, my best friend, and my truth. He truly saw me for who I was and I saw him for who he was. I didn’t just love him, I believed in him, prayed for his victory. I cared for him. Who would have thought that bringing back a piece of Tupperware would invite me into the world of the purest, kindest soul in the world. Kiyo would do anything for anyone. He was my hero and I was his. We both kept our capes on for each other whenever we needed to save the other person. I am grateful that I got to experience a love like his. I am grateful I got to spend some of the best moments of my life with him. I am grateful that even I grieve I still feel his warmth and care. Kiyo taught me be more patient and understanding and no matter how we came into this world and no matter how bad the world treated us, it doesn’t give us the right to exact that same unkindness to others. He loves animals, anime, a good meal, Steven Universe, a really inappropriate joke, and you never had to guess how he felt about you. As he was goofy he was charming. I still feel his hands interlocked into mine and he was fearless. He loved like no other man I have met in this world could. The first night we reconnected he gave my cat Patrick the middle name Bayard. He gave me first Christmas full of love and laughs. The first man in my life to actually pay attention to me and surprise me with gifts that he knew I would love and were true to who I was as a nerd. Anytime I could get it, I was with him. He had full access to my home and my heart. To Mike and Rico thank you for always being there for him and caring for him, Mike you coming into town in March really lit him up. First time I got to dance with him. Rico thank you for taking him to there museum. He loved every moment of it. All he could do was rave about how much made his day. To Tony, his wife and his gaming community on Destiny 2, thank you for being patient with my baby and giving him space to be man that he was and to his Dad and his brothers. He loved y’all more than you know. All he wanted was for y’all to be ok. And to all his true friends and loved ones know that he always thought of y’all. I will never say goodbye to Kiyoki-D’Andre Marcel Toliver, I will say see you later because no matter where you are I know you are watching me because what we had was Immortal. As I grieve I will try to give any notice on his memorial service which will be in NYC because his grandmother sent him here to find the best version of himself and I know he truly did. I want to share this video I made months ago because I was so proud of the man I had. I want to share also the last video he took of me before we went to Brooklyn Comic-Con. If there are typos forgive me.

We said goodbye to our beloved Odom last night as it was his time to go. To say I am devastated would be an understatement because that dog has saved my life more times than I could even begin to fathom. To be with him at the end of his amazing life was an honor I do not take for granted. Most of my days and routines over the last few years were centered around him and ensuring that he received what he needed. Whether it was receiving insulin for his diabetes at the same times every day or planning walks and meals to accommodate what worked best for him, my schedule revolved around what he needed. To some, this might seem like a nuisance. For me, it made me better. I made his routines my routines. Walking him twice a day gave me time to reflect and appreciate all of the good in my life. Planning time for his exercise ensured I did the same for myself. Being immediately anchored by his weight on a walk because he wanted to appreciate something he had noticed taught me to slow down and take in moments in a way I wasn’t used to. His routine was my routine, and it made me better. When I first saw him at the Edmonton Humane Society Society, I wasn’t ready for a dog. My brother Alec was there, and he saw me with Odom, and he knew that I was in love immediately. I didn’t find Odom, but Odom found me. I left, not taking him home and immediately knew it was a mistake, and that he was meant to be in my life. I went to the Edmonton Humane Society the next day, 30 minutes before it opened, to ensure that I would be the first person to go through the doors. I headed straight for where Odom was, and he came home with me that day. With all of the ups and downs I have had in my life since, my love and pride in that dog were a constant. I am terribly sad, and I am taking solace in this quote from Andrew Garfield on grief: “This is all the unexpressed love, the grief that will remain with us until we pass because we never get enough time with each other, no matter if someone lives till 60, 15, or 99.” I love that dog because that dog loved me. Bye Odom…You will always be my best friend.

Beware of Collins: How a "Friend" Scammed Me and 9 Others I am writing this to warn everyone in the Web3, Monad, Solana, and Nigerianad communities. There is a person among us named Collins (known on X as Collins) who acts like a kind, active community member, but he is actually a professional scammer. He has stolen over $1,500 from me and has done the same to at least 9 other people. Collins used a very clever strategy to steal our money. He started by being very active in our local Nigerian Telegram groups. He called himself a "Solana Maxi" and always posted screenshots of big wins making people think he was making $5,000 or $7,000 from trading. We didn't know it was all a "format" just to get our attention. I did not trust him at first. However, we started organizing Lagos State meetups. When I met him in person, he was always smiling and happy. He acted like a brother. Seeing his face in real life made me lower my guard. If we had stayed just "online friends," I would never have sent him even $1, but because of those physical meetings, I thought he was real. His scam started when he told me about a "special developer" launching a token. He claimed he had an insider connection and that we could make 5x or 10x our money. He asked me to contribute $2,000. I told him I didn't have it. A few days later, he came back and begged me not to miss the "update." I decided to try with $1,000. To make me trust him completely, he played a long game. When I asked for a refund a week later because I had an emergency, he sent the $1,000 back immediately. This was his biggest trick. It made me believe he was 100% honest. Soon after, he showed me more fake wins on X and told me another project was going live on December 22nd. Because he returned my money the first time, I trusted him and sent the $1,000 back to him. When the date came, he claimed the "dev postponed the listing." While I was waiting for that money, he came with another "emergency" project, asking for another $1,000. I told him I only had $500 left my last card. He took that too. Then the excuses started. He claimed he went to the village to see his parents and that the network was bad. He said he couldn't access his Bybit account because he left his SIM card behind. He even begged me for another $100 in SOL just to help him out while he was "stuck." Because I thought my friend was in trouble, I sent it, bringing the total to $1,600. Every time I asked for my money, he told me "don't worry" and promised to pay once he left the village. But two days ago, the truth came out. I checked X and found out he has been doing this to everyone. He uses his friendly face and community status to prey on people. He is not a trader; he is a thief whose goal is to see the end of his friends' hard-earned money. Please, do not deal with Collins or his sister Trader Nenyenwa 📊📈💎. He is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He will smile with you today and empty your wallet tomorrow. Don't let his "kindness" fool you like it fooled me. After waiting 1hr with no one accepting my ride booking, I decided to brave the 35-minute walk to the nearest MRT just as it started to rain again. Out of nowhere, a kind-looking uncle pulled up. At first, I thought he was offering a TukTuk ride. He asked "Where do you want to go? Airport?" I told him "No to the MRT, uncle." He immediately called out "Come I will take you to the MRT" I was like, "Really 😂 I can pay you!" but he just grabbed my luggage, loaded it up and insisted, "No, no need to pay anything. This is my car." 🥺 He drove me for 15 minutes and dropped me off right at the entrance. I seriously cannot thank this uncle enough. I’m still bummed I couldn't meet Gawin, but experiencing this kind of warmth in BKK during a stressful moment truly made my day and cheered me up for next time 🥹🤲🏻

Wallahi, I met a genuinely honest man today around Kabuga Junction, Kano. He was hawking these toy cars when I stopped to buy one. He told me it was ₦2,500, but I negotiated it down to ₦2,000, and he agreed. By mistake, I gave him ₦3,000 instead of ₦2,000. I didn’t even realize it at the time. My wife noticed after we had already moved on, and I told her to leave it. But the man himself later realized that I had overpaid him, and he actually rushed back to meet us just to tell me. I told him, “No problem, keep it. It’s yours.” But honestly, the fact that he came back even when he could have easily kept the money really touched me. It may be just ₦1,000, but honesty like this deserves to be appreciated. If you see him hawking these toys around Kabuga Junction, along the road towards Rijiyar Zaki/Kofar Fompo, please support him. Insha Allah, I’ll go back and find him to appreciate him properly. Honesty deserves to be rewarded. ❤️🤲🏽

Michael had never claimed to have invented the moonwalk. “I was sitting in the back of a limousine staring out the window and I saw these kids standing around taking turns dancing and that’s where I saw it. One of them was doing the moonwalk. I had to get out and see it up close so I told the driver to stop and back up. I got out and crossed the street their corner of the sidewalk and asked him to show me how it was done and he did. I can’t ever take credit for it. It was that group of kids that taught me.”
