Here’s Elon Musk 8 years ago jokingly talking about AI in space: “There's not enough processing power on [Starlink] to be a Skynet thing.” Jonathan Nolan: “Let’s talk about another project that you're working on that our audience wants to know a little bit more about: Starlink.” Elon: “Do you mean Skynet?” Nolan: “Hopefully not Skynet.” Elon: “It's the Internet in the sky. Essentially it's intended to provide low latency, high bandwidth Internet connectivity throughout the world.
