I was literally there. When you schedule an event at the union in the middle of the day you get an allotted time slot. He was about 15-20 min late to his time slot and the union stopped him when his time slot ended. Pretty simple stuff, man.

12-1pm slotted time. He arrived late, was advised no amplified sound in presentation area beyond 1pm. (classrooms in area),was advised repeatedly to wrap it up, sound cut so he went into crowd to speak w/out mic & KSU admin. allowed him an extra 20 min.
