The cotton socks and blister thing? BS. Many of us are able to walk 50+ miles with them. It's the layering technique. One pair of socks will cause blisters no matter the fabric when walking long distances. One thin, one thick pair reduces friction, the main cause of blisters.

Ok 1- get small cap bottles, clean then and dry with the open end and on horizontal position 2- salt ( one bottle with fine grinded one with coarse) Coarse for kepping your preseure and control hunger. Fine grinded for wounds and to mix with water and sugar if diarhea occurs

It’s not 6mm, it’s 6 mil which is thousandths of an inch. 6 mil is less than 1/4 of a mm.

Most of this is so ridiculous. Stop and think about what he's saying. Walking a few miles gives open wounds?! I've gone a few miles in flip flops. So many issues with the lack of common sense.
