if you notice, fina is annoyed in this scene precisely because marta doesn't want to stay. not because she is there. she asks marta to stay and have a drink with her and claudia, but marta makes up a (fake) excuse to leave. fina is annoyed because this further proves how far apart they are. she wants marta to stay there with them, to relax, to have a drink. but she makes up an excuse to go and work. it annoys her because it proves her point to claudia that they can't quite meet at the point where they were before she went to argentina. they are disconnected. she even says at the end of the scene that she hopes they can get back on track soon. fian wasn't being a brat because marta was there. she was being a brat because marta put her walls back up, and decided to leave. rather than stay with them.

This man’s neighbor doesn’t like children, whenever she sees kids she makes crude gestures at them and curses at them. This time she called the police because one of the kids was singing a Mary Poppins song and was repeating a chorus out loud. Years back I lived in an area where it was upscale and predominantly older residents. Whenever I drove by they would stare as if I was doing something wrong, we would have friends come by at all hours of the night sometimes, just because we could. There was always this one neighbor who would always call the cops on us for that. She would tell the cops we were selling illegal substances and that’s why people were coming by. I’ve had them call the cops on us for mowing the lawn with my shirt off. Just ridiculous reasons really. There was nothing I could have done about it either, it wasn’t just one person, it seemed like it was all of them. However their message me to me was clear, I wasn’t welcome, and a few months later I ended up moving out, I didn’t want to be hassled. It seems like some people are just miserable people and have nothing better to do than to cause problems for others for their own amusement or they actually do feel threatened. I feel it’s best to avoid these types of people because we never know what they will do next.
