@VP @NCNationalGuard They got caught…. There’re not gonna load a bird that’s NOT READY!! Everything in the military is LOGISTICALLY PLANNED!! It can happen… but it’s rare 🤷🏼‍♀️ I feel they got caught… so had to scramble, and “loaded” the 2nd bird.. bc they were EXPOSED!!
