breaking their window and pulling them out the car is standard practice if theyre refusing to exit the vehicle. As for the beatings that should be prosecuted that wasnt justifiable use of force. But they do prosecute these guys which does restore trust in the justice system. Here in sa we dont even have body cameras on the police, so even if something like this happens here you on your own.
