They actually pay their potential competitors (Apple) NOT to compete against them. The swipe fees (2.95%) add up. In Europe and Canada there are more networks competing with Visa and MC, as a result swipe fees are much lower, saving those consumers lots of money. The Credit Card Competition Act (CCCA) would end this duopoly.

People should be much more upset about their work only offering them a 2% raise per year and acting like it’s a big deal Just to keep up with the increase in the cost of living, you would need at a minimum a 4.2% each year in a national average. But it’s actually worse than that If you look at the true cost of how much more expensive things are getting and don’t go off inflation, you would actually need over a 7%+ raise each year

What I love most about potentially trading for Adley Rutschman… There’s no excuse or justification to play Wells more than as a back-up. Adley is every bit as good defensively, and has no platoon threat as a switch hitter.
