BLR is developed by other state people not kundigas,that's why other KA districts are undeveloped. Kempelowda died centuries ago. BLR was retirement town till 1980 BLR is office broker city for Foreign software companies to give job to Hindi & Tamil ppl in same location, Kundigas sold land.

First blame has to be taken by Kannada people. They never enforce their language or talk only in Kannada. That's where problem arises. If people have no option but talk in Kannada, they will learn. Locals haven't created learning the language a necessity. Learn from TN
