While the outcome has been disappointing, we all worked very hard and ran a very positive campaign. It is because of that 3.4 lakh people of Thiruvananthapuram came out and supported us, which is a record in itself. As I said on 5th March when I came here, it is my mission to transform Thiruvananthapuram, and I stand by it. My commitment to the city is not only through the prism of elections; it is something that I have made my mission, and I will certainly be here to serve the people for years to come.

When I need to better understand a subject I like to rely on a professional and NOT a politician masquerading as a doctor, a public health official or a lawyer. While it does not require a rocket scientist to know Justice Clarence Thomas is corrupt, I do like the idea of asking a constitutional lawyer if he can be held to account, given that Chief Justice Roberts is of the opinion that they are a law unto themselves. And the American people have no right to hold them accountable. #DemsAct #DemVoice1 #wtpBLUE #ONEV1 #FAM46

It's absolutely insane to see the street conditions in San Francisco To see what families and children and working professionals have to deal with every single day in our city. And it's because a couple of far left Democrats have become radicalized and empowered themselves to take advantage of our compassion and our leniency to prioritize the rights of a couple people over the rights of the rest of the city. It is not compassionate in San Francisco to not hold people accountable for their actions. That is exactly what is happening. That is the state of our homelessness and addiction policy in San Francisco and in California, and it has to change.”

Today, I graduated with my master’s degree in International relations far away from my homeland. It has been both a challenging and deeply rewarding journey a testament to resilience, perseverance, and an unyielding commitment to justice. Forced to live far away from Afghanistan after its collapse, I faced the painful reality of displacement, uncertainty, and the struggle to rebuild and start everything from zero and scratch in a foreign land. Yet, through it all, my determination never wavered. This degree is more than an academic achievement; it is a symbol of my unwavering dedication to fighting for women’s rights and standing up for those whose voices have been silenced. The plight of Afghan women, deprived of their fundamental freedoms, fuels my resolve to be an advocate for justice, equality, and change. Every challenge I overcame, every moment of doubt I pushed through, was made possible by the support and encouragement of my father. His belief in me, even from afar, gave me the strength to persist, to dream, and to achieve.That is why I dedicate this master’s degree to him Amrullah Saleh not just as a tribute to his love and support, but as a promise that I will use my education to make a difference. Canada’s newly anointed, 3-passport carrying, WEF Davos-whore, Godfather to Chrystia Freeland’s son, successor to Tyrant Trudeau (who has been filling senate seats despite proroguing parliament for 3 months…) Here is Carney promising to invoke Emergency Powers to deal with crises of the Liberals own creation… I don’t mean to sound black pilled, but it really seems like Canada is done for. Not only my Canada never have a fair election again, it might not have an election again. I do not think people appreciate the utter political hellhole that is Canada at the current time. And not only does there not seem to be an escape or pushback, it seems to be hurling towards the proverbial black hole at ever increasing speed, apparently to the delight or apathy of too many Canadians.

This evening I joined Sky News to reflect on the life and public service of Ann Widdecombe. Ann was a true political heavyweight - never to be ignored and always to be respected and valued. A formidable parliamentarian, she was a lady of deep conviction, unwavering principle and steadfast Christian faith. For me, however, her greatest qualities were revealed not in Westminster, but in the darkest period of my life. During Operation Midland, when I was falsely accused of being a serial child-murdering paedophile, I publicly described the investigation as a “homosexual witch-hunt”. I was forced to declare: “I am a homosexual. I am not a murderer. I am not a paedophile.” At a time when many turned their backs on me - including people I considered friends - Ann chose to dive in and stick her head above the parapet to support me publicly, privately and practically. She was always at the end of a telephone or an email whenever I needed her, despite the personal and political cost of doing so. Her support did not end there. In 2023, she joined the demonstration outside New Scotland Yard to mark Falsely Accused Day, standing alongside those whose lives had been devastated by false allegations and miscarriages of justice. She understood that defending the presumption of innocence and due process does not diminish genuine victims - it strengthens the rule of law on which justice depends. Ann showed compassion when it mattered most. She stood with those others preferred to ignore because her principles demanded it, not because it was easy. That courage, integrity and commitment to justice are among the qualities for which she will rightly be remembered. Thank you, Ann. Your friendship, loyalty and kindness will never be forgotten. My sincere condolences go to her family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A commitment that illness will not be ignored, that suffering will not be left unattended, that quality healthcare is neither privilege nor favour, but a right owed to every citizen. And in every life that regains sight, in every family that is reassured of its place in the care of the state, we witness the profound truth that leadership is not measured by proclamations or power, but by the tangible compassion extended to those who rely upon it, by the promises kept when hope itself seems fragile, and by the unyielding conviction that service is the truest measure of governance and the highest calling of those entrusted with the public trust.
