There’s a reason that bridge is as big as it is. These events are not rare, and the camps know it. Unbelievable negligence.

It’s literally a flood plain. The bridge was built for this exact situation. This was not an unforeseen event. 🤦‍♂️

Yeah, but the Public Works civil engineers knew the history of that river and built the cross-bridge appropriately.
