Recently, on Chris Williamson's podcast, said it's "not true" that "there are only two sexes" in humans. He also claimed that "there are people with male brains in female bodies, and conversely." I'd like to address both claims directly to help clear up some confusion. THE SEX BINARY First, Eric used the terms “sex” and “gender” interchangeably, and when prompted to clarify he explicitly claimed sex (as well as gender) was not binary. He brought up people with intersex conditions as the reason why he believes this. But the existence of people with rare intersex conditions does not in any way negate the reality of the sex binary. That’s because the sex binary simply means “there are only two sexes,” and this is true because there are only two types of gametes. Males and females are universally defined by the gametes they have the function to produce, with males producing small gametes (sperm) and females producing large ones (ova). The sex binary does not mean “everyone is either male or female.” This may seem overly pedantic, bit it’s an important distinction. It may be possible that a person can be so sexually ambiguous as to defy categorization as either male or female, but sex ambiguity is not a third sex. The existence and prevalence of complex DSDs or so-called “intersex” conditions is irrelevant to the question of how many sexes there are. So, on this point, Eric is simply confused about what sexes are at a fundamental level. There are only two sexes because there are only two types of gametes—sperm and ova. I agree with Eric that we need to be compassionate and accommodating of people who might be sexually ambiguous. But claiming it’s “no true” that “there are only two sexes’ is definitely not the way to go about this. Apart from being incorrect, it carries a tremendous amount of baggage that I believe Eric and I would both agree must be avoided. BRAIN SEX Lastly, Eric said he believed it’s true that "there are people with male brains in female bodies, and conversely." Again, I believe this is rooted in a fundamental misunderstanding about what sexes are. Simply put, brains do not and cannot have their own sex that differs from the body. Whole organisms have a sex, individual organs do not. However, it is true that various body parts and organs can differ in the degree of how masculinized or feminized they are or appear. Hands are a great example of this, as their morphology is sensitive to in utero testosterone levels. As a result, some females have very masculine looking hands, and some males have very feminine looking hands. But no matter how masculine a female’s hands may be, it would never be correct to say that she has “male hands on a female body.” The same goes for brains and any other organ or appendage. While the brains of males and females can vary in the degree to which they are masculinized or feminized, it is never the case that a person can possess the brain of the opposite sex, even if they deeply feel that way. Eric, I’m a fan of yours and believe you possess tremendous insight on many topics, but I think you need to give this specific topic some more thought. After the Supreme Court ruling, dsdfamilies warned against the “oversimplification, misrepresentation and weaponisation of DSD/Intersex by third parties”, stating that such misuse increases stigma and may discourage people from accessing support. Read that again. The people activists keep using as their biological trump card are telling them to stop. This is what ideological capture looks like: people with real medical conditions are spoken over, misrepresented and reduced to poster children for a political argument they never asked to carry. So listen to Nick. Stop claiming people with DSD abolish the reality of male and female. Stop pretending their conditions are interchangeable with transgender identity. Stop using other people’s bodies, medical needs and lived experience as ammunition for an ideology that does not even respect what they are saying. I’m afraid I have some terrible news. The governor of America’s largest and richest state has just signed a law that puts 10 million children and adolescents in grave danger of medical mistreatment. The media headlines have it wrong. They claim that California Governor Gavin Newsom’s new law protects children by stopping public schools from outing their new gender to their parents. It does just the opposite. It makes children vulnerable to irreversible and lifelong medical abuse and mistreatment. And it is all based on the pseudoscientific idea that some children are born into the wrong bodies and that we can change a person’s sex through drugs and surgery. For any of this to make sense, you have to understand what’s happening in Britain. Several years ago, the government appointed a well-respected pediatrician named Hillary Cass to investigate whether it was ethical to block the puberty of children, give them opposite-sex hormones, and perform surgeries on their bodies to make them feel better about their gender. Dr. Cass came back a few weeks ago and said no, absolutely not. Around the same time, the British government banned puberty blockers nationwide. And, just a few days ago, the new Labor Party government affirmed that it would maintain the former government’s ban. In her report, Cass said that the so-called “social transition,” whereby a child adopts the identity of the opposite sex, is not a neutral act and has psychological consequences. This means it is the first step toward medical intervention. What Gavin Newsom has done is actively prevented schools from informing parents that their children have been put on a medical pathway. This is an outrageous attack on the rights of children and parents. Children have a right to go through puberty. No adult should be able to block their puberty. And parents have a right to know if their child thinks that they are the opposite sex or were born into the wrong body. We have seen with leaked internal documents of the leading gender medicine group, WPATH, that these medical interventions, namely puberty blockers, hormones, and surgery, are not only irreversible but result in sterilization and loss of sexual function. Children or adolescents are simply not mature enough to understand the effects of so-called “gender-affirming care.” They cannot, in other words, give their informed consent. The new law creates the grave risk that activist teachers, students, and outside groups will convince their children that they were born into the wrong body, and hide their “social transition” from parents, which will lead to harmful medical mistreatment. As such, the law that Newsom just signed is the opposite of what both children and their parents need. We need schools to immediately warn parents if their children think they are the opposite sex. After all, this is a diagnosable psychiatric condition known as “gender dysphoria.” And if your child has a psychiatric disorder, whether anxiety, depression, an eating disorder, or gender dysphoria, you have a right to know. And schools must stop teaching children, or allowing other people to teach children, the pseudoscientific and dehumanizing ideas that it’s possible to be born into the wrong body and possible to change one’s sex. As such, either the legislature, the courts, or a ballot initiative will be required to nullify Newsom’s law. Until then, it is important to spread the word to parents that California public schools are fundamentally unsafe for the millions of children who attend them.

Believe it or not there are actually people out there like this, they consider eating out a luxury that they aren’t willing to share with their children. They go out and eat their full and have drinks all while the kids eat nothing or very minimally. If anyone out there isn’t willing to pay for a meal out for their kids, I feel they shouldn’t have kids, and that they are truly selfish people. I’ve been to places before where the parents have their designer clothes on, with tall beers and fat steaks, while their kids are splitting a small order of French fries. Should parents like this be charged with child abuse for psychological abuse?

Auron is banking on the stupidity of his audience here when it comes to basic English. In the English language, there are many words that have multiple meanings depending on how they are used. Auron tries to redefine our founding document by implying that the word “Constitution” only has one definition, and it is “the composition of something.” “Constitution” has another definition, which is “a body of fundamental principles according to which a state is acknowledged to be governed.” These principles are unchanging and timeless. It comes from the Latin word “constiutio,” which means “to establish” or “to set in order.” The fact that the word “constitution” also has another totally different meaning has NOTHING to do with the United States Constitution. Americans need to read and educate themselves so they don’t get deceived by sophists who are counting on their ignorance.

My name is Chris Elston, and I’m here to speak for children being irreversibly harmed by health professionals practicing what is falsely referred to as gender-affirming care. It is not caring to stop the development of children with puberty blockers. These are repurposed chemical castration and cancer drugs. Every systematic review of the scientific literature shows that children are being harmed, and that scientific rigour is non-existent. Activist organizations pushing ideology have hijacked the medical community, and what is being done is nothing more than a live, unregulated experiment on kids. It is one of the great deceptions of our time to teach children that they might have been born in the wrong bodies! Affirming care would be to tell them that they are beautiful just as they are. No drugs or scalpels needed! Instead, children are being sterilized, and are having healthy body parts cut off. Overwhelmingly, these kids are autistic, have other mental health comorbidities, and many have suffered trauma or abuse. Girls as young as 12 are having their breasts removed, and 16-year-old boys are being castrated. State encroachment on parental rights is worsening outcomes. Here in Geneva, a child was taken from her parents because they refuse to transition her. Children have the human right to grow up with their bodies intact. It is time the Member States of the United Nations use the resolutions, procedures, and other tools at their disposal to stop this child abuse!

Activist organizations pushing ideology have hijacked the medical community, and what is being done is nothing more than a live, unregulated experiment on kids. It is one of the great deceptions of our time to teach children that they might have been born in the wrong bodies! Affirming care would be to tell them that they are beautiful just as they are. No drugs or scalpels needed! Instead, children are being sterilized, and are having healthy body parts cut off. Overwhelmingly, these kids are autistic, have other mental health comorbidities, and many have suffered trauma or abuse. Girls as young as 12 are having their breasts removed, and 16-year-old boys are being castrated. State encroachment on parental rights is worsening outcomes. Here in Geneva, a child was taken from her parents because they refuse to transition her. Children have the human right to grow up with their bodies intact. It is time the Member States of the United Nations use the resolutions, procedures, and other tools at their disposal to stop this child abuse!

Ayurveda practitioners at Shri Varkari Ayurved Chikitsalay, Alandi, Maharashtra are making false claims that they can "cure autism" by use of ancient Ayurvedic healing technique called "Viddha Karma" - a dry needle insertion technique. Their Instagram page video link: Main page: This is not only traumatic for these children, but also dangerous because it can cause wounds, infection and possible transmission of serious viral infections. Some children are also needled inside the mouth and tongue while others are pricked with sharp needles over the temple region and head claiming that this "cures autism." This is not treatment. These are criminal acts of medical negligence on children with special needs. The families would not have the education or the knowledge to understand that these children are being hurt because they are not guided by rationality, but by desperation and these quacks are taking advantage of it.

Thank you Walmart for standing by and supporting the LGBTQ+ community. It is funny to me how all of a sudden people are outraged at various brands like Target, North Face, and Budweiser for airing ads supporting the LGBTQ+ community. Their argument is that these companies are taking things too far, and that they are targeting kids, and pushing transgender ideologies in their faces. It's ironic though that Walmart and many other companies have not changed their stances or their support of Pride Week in the past 5 years, yet only this year are people suddenly outraged. Check out the video below of several Walmart Ads over the past 5 years. Nothing has changed except for people's outrage. The culture wars are real. They need to stop!
