Great video. But the real question is…. After you build a site, how do you drive traffic to make money? A continuous flow of traffic that doesn’t cost you a ton of money or without you A. B. Inb4 test campaigns for years etc. any ideas on that?

The power of AI… I’m building a directory website with Next.js, MongoDB, Cody using Claude 3.5 and I have some programming experience and I’m blown away 💨💯💯💯 if you can learn the terminology and docs you will be able to create some cool shit !

Amazing video Riley. Thanks for walking us through your process. What’s the whiteboard tool you use in the video for explaining everything? Been trying to find a good one

Good job on what you are doing currently it’s good for people to get into tech, however YOU are in no position to be teaching something you are STILL learning. Take a little time understand what you are actually doing before pumping out tutorials to lead down the wrong path.

I'm often asked for the best public example of AI evals done right for a real, production product. I finally have an answer. Teresa Torres shares how she shipped an AI interview coach, and used evals to rapidly squash bugs and improve the product. Teresa shows how she: 1. did error analysis FIRST to find real issues (instead of using generic metrics) 😍 2. used Jupyter notebooks to analyze errors 3. built custom annotation tools + custom widgets in notebooks 4. built a LLM-judge and assertions to test for specific errors 5. iterated through this feedback loop until it worked. 6. kept things simple the whole time It's also probably the best commercial for Jupyter notebooks you can imagine. 🥰 Chapter summary below. I Built a website with a front end & a backend by prompting Claude and either... 1. Pasting the code into replit (or) 2. Following its instructions on Firebase I filmed the whole thing.... But, this is by no means a tutorial lol. so I recommend skipping around. This can be best described as a worthwhile struggle. Theres 3 hours of cut footage of me getting annoyed, but I was able to create something that will serve as a home page for my business, where I can house the AI apps I create going forward. And by the end, you'll see that I actually know my way around the different parts of Firebase, and my confidence level working with code has gone up 1,000,000%. I'm beginning to know what each file does, and what context Claude needs to be successful in creating what I want to build. Ready for my next project. See you later this week, i'm tired lol... (video was harder than the site....)
