I disagree with everything but your last point. Some of the things could apply in other states, not here. Not with the ballot harvesting on the level it is here in CA. If he thought for a second he didn’t have it in the bag he wouldn’t have bothered with the election he would have just signed an illegal map. If we win by a million on Election Day, 7 days later they will “find” a box with a million and one ballots.
