I vibe coded this AfterEffects Animation in 45 minutes. Step 1: I used Cursor to Generate a type of code called extendscript/java script... No clue what that means, but it worked. Step 2: I ran the script in after effects... ChatGPT voice the whole time guiding me through the process of importing scripts and running it Step 3: I made changes with Composer, just like normal except now after effects is my "localhost:3000" that's just how i think about it in my head. Every time you make changes, you do have to run the script again manually. But I did 7-8 iterations and got this. Step 4: I went to Suno to generate the music. Then elevenlabs to generate the sound effects (wind) and voice. Step 5: Tossed them into premiere, adjusted the audio levels to not be so abrupt... then export.

I said yes and went back to sleep Claude Code unlocked my 2nd phone on its own, opened Polymarket, found the right market, entered the amount, and hit Buy. I could see all of it in real time through the web interface on my laptop. Screenshots from the phone updating every second. By morning the position closed in profit Let me tell you how I got here A week ago I asked Claude Code to write a script that pulls on-chain data from Polymarket and ranks wallets by win rate on 15-minute BTC markets In 20 minutes I had a table with hundreds of addresses, and 1 of them stood apart from the rest. More than 200 trades per day, surgical entry precision, and a profit curve going straight up I fed that address back into Claude Code and asked it to break down the strategy. Turns out the wallet monitors BTC volatility on Binance and Bybit every 100 milliseconds, and when it drops below 0.08% it enters Up and Down simultaneously at 25 to 35 cents A pure straddle: 1 side burns and the other flies to a dollar, giving 3 to 4x per position. I wasn’t that motivated to remove satellites & shooting stars from every image, so they just sat on my hard drive until yesterday. Took me an entire day to edit and create this video, but I’m really glad I finally took the time to do it! Hope someone vibes with it ✨

I have a little robot that unlocks my door from the inside (so I don't have to carry a key) The problem was it wouldn't calibrate on my door. It was designed for 90° turns, but my lock only needs 15° In the past, this would've been a showstopper But I asked AI if it could help... At first, it suggested I snoop on the bluetooth connection to figure out the protocol Then it realized that we could probably just decompile the app's SDK and read its source code. That worked! It told me to switch to my mac and run some python for it. Unfortunately, it couldn't run the scripts directly because Claude Code Desktop didn't have bluetooth permissions, but my shell did. Thinking about it now, I probably should've used Claude Code or Codex in the Terminal. Anyways, it took a while, lots of backs and forths, we had some misunderstandings, it was massively overcautious in the beginning, but we finally got the lock calibrated! Feels like magic! I threw the repo up on github in case anyone in the future (ie me) runs into a similar issue – hopefully it can save them some time

It truly baffles me when people say “the AI bubble” this simple tool would’ve took devs 2-5 days and would have cost me 500$-1000$ Claude code made it for me on a 20$ monthly subscription, and a free Gemini api key. I actually want to preform an experiment asking developers how much they would charge for such a tool to get a consensus on how much money Claude Code has saved me.

I remember when I first experimented with effects, I had no idea how to do impact frames or anything of that sort. I definitely focused on shots that lingered on screen because I wanted the viewer to have time to absorb everything. I wanted everything to be visible and feel meaningful. Looking back now, if I knew how to effectively incorporate impact frames into my work, it'd probably elevate my animation by a lot. Still, I am proud of what I managed to achieve using the basic principles.

I take my notes like this. I created a small script using Claude Code. You just go "jn " and it inserts to YYYY-MM-DD markdown file with a timestamp. Also you can type "jn" to open up all your notes on neovim, and see them by date and timestamp. Less cognitive overload. No need to find names for notes.

I've been pondering something... My end goal with my city simulator is to publish it on Steam. I was planning on using Three.js for prototyping and then porting this over to Unity to take advantage of ECS/Burst. But then I realized I could probably port all of the simulation code from TypeScript to Rust if I wanted to make it ultra-fast. And then I can continue to use Three.js for the renderer and then embed it into an Electron app. Is that a dumb idea? What pitfalls are there with this approach? Curious what people's experience publishing games using Electron has been.

You could see the embarrassment on my face, although it was in a light mood as those guys keep pulling each other's legs at the Gym all the time. But I still made it clear so no one else feels that way because he was so damn loud with “oye camera hai”. You don't own the gym, it's a public gym, so chill.
