You know it, and I know it: Colorado is on the wrong track. Our legislature refuses to protect kids. The DSA keeps gaining ground. And no one is coming to wave a magic wand and save us. But here’s the good news: We the people can just do things. Thousands of ordinary Coloradans simply said “yes”—and together, we accomplished what everyone said was impossible. If we can qualify three citizen-led ballot measures ALL VOLUNTEER, we can win in November. It starts with one simple decision: ✅ Yes, I’ll tell my friends about the 3 initiatives. ✅ Yes, I’ll share a few social posts each week. ✅ Yes, I’ll skip one coffee and donate $5 instead. ✅ Yes, I’ll put up a yard sign. ✅ Yes, I’ll knock doors. Big change happens because ordinary people decide to do their part. We the people can just: do things.

Been getting a lot of questions about how I’m finishing Axis Robotics tasks in 10 seconds 👀 So I made a simple guide for beginners 🫡 I’ve shared the exact approach I use to: → understand the objective quickly → position the gripper correctly → use the controls efficiently → complete the task without wasting time → submit and move straight to the next one ✅ The first few tasks felt slow for me too. But once you understand the controls + get the movement pattern down, 10-second completions become much easier. Made this video so you don’t have to figure it all out yourself 🫂 Watch it ✅ practice it ✅ start stacking trajectories✅ 🔗 Hope this helps the beginners grinding Axis 🤝

A little behind the scene update on upcoming SamFonts v4.0 👀 It’s not quite ready just yet—still heavily under works with a few kinks left to iron out, but it’s shaping up to be a massive overhaul. We’ve completely migrated away from Compose to SESL8/9 (shoutout to Josh :P for building his shit with SESL and basically forcing my hand). What's in the pipeline: • Authentic One UI aesthetics, layouts & animations • Native One UI icon styling • Material 3 dynamic theming And much more ! Video showcasing the New UI attached ;) Stay tuned! 🛠️✨

Tired of feeling like you need a law degree just to cancel a subscription? As of July 1, those days are done. Companies in Virginia now have to make it quick and easy to cancel — so you stop paying for things you don't even use. This is just one of the many real, concrete steps we’ve taken to make your life easier and more affordable. And with the chaos and uncertainty coming out of Washington, that's more important than ever. I’m so proud of the results we’ve delivered in just a few months’ time, and we’re just getting started.

BREAKING: Introducing All Access from Every 📧, our new membership tier for the best builders in AI All Access subs get the Builder Pack which includes $7,000 in credits and free usage to the models + tool stack we use Every 📧. All Access subscribers get: - $1,000 in Codex / @ChatGPTapp for Work credits - 12 months free of Cursor Pro+ - $4,000 in PostHog credits including self-driving to automatically fix bugs and identify issues in your production app - 1 year free of Framer - 6 months free of Notion And much more! (Did I mention $1,000 in Codex credits? It's time to build!) Get all access: Why All Access and the Builder Pack This is the best time in history to build something. For a long time, it’s been possible to one-shot impressive demos, but they’d fall flat the minute they hit production. But the release of GPT-5.6-Sol and Fable 5 heralds a new era: Everyone can build, launch, and maintain the software that they’ve always dreamed of. Everyone is a builder now. There’s just one catch: Building with AI is very expensive. (Ask me how I know.) (Alright, I’ll tell you. I accidentally used 2 billion tokens overnight this week on a big GPT-5.6-Sol run. Worth it.) This is unique in the history of technology. For most of the personal computing era, a billionaire and a solo builder could buy essentially the same top-of-the-line Mac. AI changes that: The more tokens you can afford, the more you can make. And we want to make that accessible to more people. That’s why the main feature of our new All Access plan is the Builder Pack: more than $7,000 in credits and discounts on the full stack we use to run Every, from idea to production—Codex, Claude, PostHog, Render, Gemini, FLORA, and more. Early-bird membership is only $500/year for the next 24 hours—and the Codex credits alone are worth $1,000. (I could’ve used it for my overnight run this week.) Now we’re handing it to you. Get all access: Meet the Builder Pack It's got more than $7,000 in offers from 10 of the AI products we use to write, design, build, and run Every 📧: BUILD - $1,000 in Codex credits plus one month of ChatGPT for business - Twelve months free of Cursor Pro+ - One month free of Claude Max - Three months free of Google AI Pro DESIGN - One year free of Framer Pro - One month free of FLORA © Max HOST - $300 in Render credits IMPROVE - $4,000 in PostHog credits - Six months free of Notion Business - Six months free of AgentMail We rely on these every day, and we tried to put together a package that helps you comprehensively for each part of the process of building and running software in AI. What comes with All Access - Everything in an existing paid Every membership: our daily writing, guides, camps, and software like Monologue, Cora, Sparkle, and Spiral - The Builder Pack, with more than $7,000 in partner offers - Unlimited email accounts use of Cora and unlimited Spiral usage - Members-only programming with me and the Every team and me Get All Access:

Grok Build is absolutely amazing! I just tried it out for the first time. I haven't coded in close to 20 years. I literally have no idea what I'm doing so I had to use Grok to walk me through the process to install and use the tool. I asked it to build me a simple "Thank You Elon Musk" website and it did it in seconds! This is going to completely change everything. Even your grandma will be able to code using Grok Build!

Google DeepMind just dropped 'Genie', an AI that can generate interactive video games. This is a huge deal. Genie is trained on 200,000 hours of unsupervised public internet gaming videos and can generate video games from a single prompt or image. But here's what's insane: Despite not being trained on action or text annotations, the foundation model can determine who the main character is and enable a user to control that character in the generated world. It does this through its Latent Action Model, Video Tokenizer, and Dynamics Model (will go more in-depth on this in tomorrow's newsletter for those interested). And for those asking, yes, it's research-only and not publicly available (here come the Google memes), and it does come with some limitations, like only currently creating games at 1FPS. But this is the worst AI will ever be. Anyone will be able to create their own entirely imagined virtual worlds soon, and that's a wild sentence to say out loud.

The Chainlink CCIP SDK is now live and ready to turbocharge cross-chain development: ⬡ Integrate CCIP in just a few lines of code ⬡ Use developer tools you already know ⬡ Leverage Chainlink’s defense-in-depth security The software development kit streamlines cross-chain development by allowing developers to use JavaScript to integrate Chainlink CCIP and create a token transfer frontend dApp with just a few lines of code. Developers are empowered to build with tools they already know and use daily, as the CCIP SDK UI components are built on top of the leading Web3 development framework Wagmi. This provides easy access to the standard for cross-chain interoperability, enabling devs to build secure solutions underpinned by CCIP’s level-5 security. Read the docs:
