Well, we can't have it both ways. Either we are in control or they are in control. I say we are. Realize the manforce it would take to do this over every state/city/town. We would all know someone who knows something. Not saying it's not possible at very small scale.

One thing this documentary was missing was the flood in rapid city South Dakota in 1972 right after they did a Geo engineering experiment.
