Our team was on its way to Dhamtari in Chhattisgarh to help Kishor Rao get Justice and to demand an FIR against SHO Chandrakant Sahu and action against City Superintendent of Police Abhishek Chaturvedi of Dhamtari. But, Kishor is not willing to fight against the Police so we have to return midway now. The main reason behind the same is the pressure from his land lord because Police is threatening to lodge an FIR against Land Lord for giving him room on rent without completing the formality of Police verification. We can understand that fighting against the system is not that easy for a common citizen in our country. Meanwhile SP, Suraj Singh Parihar tried to do the damage control and constituted a three member committee of DSP Rank Officers who will do the formality of a so called inquiry without taking any action. In short, Khaki goons once again managed to get away with the crime.

This happens only in India. Meet Kailash Paswan of village Harinagar in Darbhanga district of Bihar whose father Asarfi Paswan lodged an FIR under SC/ST Act and Molestation charges against 220 Brahmins of the village. He named 70 villagers and added 150 unknown suspects. Irony is that many names added by him in the FIR are not even residing in the village and are settled in Delhi and Mumbai since years. Police arrested 12 Brahmins till now and are searching for others. All Brahmin families of the village left their houses in fear of getting arrested. The dispute started after Kailash Paswan went to fight with one of the villager named Hemkant Jha claiming that an amount of Rs. 2.5 lakhs is due on him since 2015. Kailash claimed that he took contract of the construction of the house of Hemkant Jha and he is yet to clear his dues. A fight started and later both lodged complaints against each other. Police did not take any cognizance on the complaint of Hemkant Jha but lodged an FIR under SC/ST Act against 220 people on the complaint of Asarfi Paswan.

This girl has been standing in front of a police station in Noida since morning but no one is listening to her. 😡 He alleges that his uncle killed his father, took money from him and attacked him with a knife. Since Morning frustrated Dog Gang Members are calling us from different numbers to abuse and threaten us. But seems they are not aware that these old techniques of theirs will not work this time. FIR has been lodged against all the culprits on the complaint of the Guard. These gimmicks, threat and abuse will not serve any purpose. Yesterday, also these women tried to intimidate the Guard to force him to withdraw his complain when he went to the Police Station for completing the process of MLC. Son of the Lady reached the work place of the Guard yesterday and he also threatened the Guard to face the consequences if he will not withdraw his complaint. A separate complaint will be filed against all these threats and intimidation soon. Team NCMIndia is committed to stand with every men who is a victim of Injustice and Violence. If someone committed a crime then Law will punish him but that does not mean that a Gang of few can do mob lynching of a Man that too inside a Police station by declaring him a criminal. The officer saw him recording and came over and harassed him, pulled him out of his car and arrested him. A fitness trainer and strategist from Mahim and his wife were left traumatised after five men in an SUV, allegedly armed with baseball and hockey sticks, chased their vehicle, intercepted it and assaulted him before damaging the car's windows in a road-rage incident in Bandra on Saturday midnight, said police. Arjun Garewal, 39, was returning to his Mahim home with his wife, Bhakti, an HR director at a university, after dinner with his parents in Juhu when the incident occurred near Sahil Hotel on SV Road in Bandra (West). Bandra police have detained three accused - Anas K, 25, who works at a private firm, Bilal Shaikh, 30, the brother of a garment businessman and one other accused named Rajen. Police registered an FIR against them on Sunday under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for assault and criminal intimidation. The three were later released after being served notices. Police said the incident began around 11.45pm on August 8 when an XUV700 allegedly came in front of Garewal's SUV and obstructed his way. "The road rage began after the accused first overtook Garewal and kept driving slowly in front, not allowing him to move ahead. When Garewal managed to get past, they got annoyed, chased and attacked him and damaged his car. They got angry after the victim overtook their vehicle. They kicked, punched and abused him verbally and damaged the front, rear and driver's-side windows of Garewal's car," a Bandra police officer said. Police said the assailants attacked Garewal with baseball and hockey sticks and damaged the windows of his vehicle while his wife was seated in the front. The group allegedly called a few more people who arrived on motorcycles and joined the verbal altercation and assault. Sub-inspector Mujaffar Sayyad and a police team reached the spot after Bhakti called the police helpline '100'. While several of the accused fled, police managed to detain two of them, an officer said. Garewal told to media that the incident began after the accused repeatedly overtook his vehicle and then deliberately drove slowly in front of him. "My wife was terrified after the incident and took leave from work on Monday," he said, adding, "When he tried to hit me, I stopped him with my hands after which the said person used a hockey stick to break the front, rear and driver's-side windows of my car. They then got into their car and drove away from the spot," said Garewal. Garewal noted down the SUV's registration number, following which police contacted the accused. Police said further probe is underway.

This is becoming extreme now. Gwalior - A 16-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her neighbour after he forced her onto his motorcycle while she was on her way to coaching class, police said. According to the FIR, the incident took place on September 19 at around 6 pm. The student was heading to coaching when her neighbour, identified as Balveer, approached her on a bike. He allegedly threatened to make photos and videos of her go viral if she did not accompany him. He then took her to a flat in Shruti Apartment, where he sexually assaulted her. After the assault, Balveer threatened to kill her father and uncle if she told anyone about the incident. He later dropped her outside the coaching centre. The frightened girl returned home and narrated the incident to her parents. They then went to the police station and lodged a complaint. Police registered a case against the accused under sections related to rape and the SC/ST Act, and took him into custody.
