I knew about this, but I think he is just trying to be a cocky troll who doesn't even agree with what he says there (not to that extent, even if his genuine opinion is still insanely stupid). Many people called him out and he "doubled down" with this (just my guess).

This is the video representation of "Did we even play the same game?" type of moments. The constant fellating of GoW's combat and trying to put it on a pedestal over the literal god of action combat gameplay is....really, really cringe.
