If insurance companies believed in climate change…they would sell climate change insurance. :)

The problem with those properties is they’re on some sort of system where yoy have to pay a monthly fee for the land. Look at normal houses on the FL coast, and they are insane. No, it’s not “climate change” 🙄

The problem with Florida is that during COVID, prices skyrocketed without any gradual growth. Another major issue is with HOAs and they should be eliminated to give people some breathing room on property taxes with the new condo 3 stories rule. Corporations are buying up condos to push out residents and gain majority control. Insurance is higher near the coast, but inland it’s more manageable. And hurricanes aren’t as bad as people make them out to be.

And who's gonna pay for all of that? YOU, when the Gov BAILS THEM OUT for the retard behavior they encouraged. USA is a RIGGED CORRUPT SYSTEM. Can't collapse soon enough!

There are hardly any foreclosures right now, this video isn’t the truth you can’t buy a gulf access house for $250k hard to find a decent house on a lot for that. I believe it is coming but not yet

If they would start building reinforced concrete domes homes, they wouldn’t have this problem they are fireproof, windproof, tornado proof and hurricane proof. Plus, they look futuristic and cool

Insurance scamming you all. They are in begging with big CEOs pushing the everyday people out and making room for big corporations to buy up the land and rent it out.
