Forever a hometown hero.

Shame this couldn't be prevented.

Ngl this is the first trade to piss me off really bad Kelly bled Dbacks Idk how we go from the world in our hands 2 seasons ago too downfall for 2 straight shitty fucking seasons I

Announce free tickets and parking for the rest of the year.

You traded the WRONG GUY 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I’ll never forgive this coaching staff man.

This makes me sad. Kelly has always been awesome.

Trade away one of our best hitters and our only really good starting pitcher. Sounds like a winning strategy. Why wait for Torey to retire? Fire him now!

Dam this front office is trash lol

Goodbye Merrill I'll miss you

For all the money saved this year how about some fan appreciation discounts for the rest of the season? 🤷‍♂️

worst front office of all time?

Should’ve been Gallen not Kelly

Admin don’t make me cry anymore

I've never seen a franchise so content with losing. Joke of an owner and joke of a GM.

I watched Seattle vs. Texas last night. Just like that, Seattle is a real contender because of Josh and Geno. Way to go, Arizona management. Sigh.

Please resign him this offseason

Will miss him for sure, will always remember him pitching in Philly to help us get to the WS.

Pretty good chance he resigns in the offseason. Great return for a rental

Better bring him home in the offseason. Please. He’s part of the heart of this team, our local guy, our Sun Devil. He belongs in Arizona.

Pain. Can’t believe Hazen let this Dback legend go. So over this franchise

Forever a hometown hero. 🫶 #ThankYou

ZAC GALLEN ON MY TEAM AND NOT HOMETOWN HERO???? FUC U

gonna miss him

This franchise is a freaking joke

We’ll leave the lights on Merrill ! Come Back Soon …..

Pain

🤩🤩🤩

Hazen mustve been drunk and accidentally wrote "Kelly" instead of "Gallen" on the paper

He's gonna be back after the season right guys?

Meanwhile, in Seattle..ouch!! Let's bring in some spare prospects when the manager couldn't do the job with even established talent. Great plan..

And yet you traded him. Geez. Merrill will be missed.

This mismanagement is turning fans off on the daily. Absolutely pathetic 😒

what a waste of back to back seasons, glad we gave Burnes $200 mill instead of bolstering the bullpen and adding Nelly to the rotation, can’t wait to play everyone’s favorite game of ex dbacks in the playoffs!
