this is called GaVS can stabilize videos by reconstructing and rendering them in 3D. it's technically not a world model, but a smart approach at faking one. project page: code:

i did something similar in foundry nuke long ago. you could solve the camera, project the image onto a 2d card and then create another static camera in 3d space that looks at this card. it has beaten any stabilization algorithm at the time.
