this effect is all over tiktok right now and nobody's explaining how to actually do it properly... the 3d balloon character thing. where someone turns into a shiny inflatable version of themselves that still moves and talks. looks pretty smooth in feeds. the workflow is stupid simple once you see it. step 1: take any photo. drop it into an image gen tool (nano banana pro). prompt it with something like "make the person in the photo a plastic blow up balloon character with a shiny surface. keep the face details as 3d balloon details including the person in the background. don't change background" that's it for the image. don't overcomplicate the prompt. shorter = more consistent results. (learned this after wasting like 2 hours trying to get "perfect" prompts that kept giving me garbage) step 2: take that balloon image + your original video and drop both into kling motion control. prompt: "turn the motion and detailed mouth movement of the video to the setting of the image" that's literally it. kling maps the motion from the real video onto the balloon character. mouth moves. head turns. expressions transfer. the whole thing renders in a few minutes. the result looks like a $500 custom animation and costs you maybe $0.30 in kling credits. people are getting 500k+ views with these because the scroll-stop factor is insane. nobody expects to see a shiny inflatable version of someone giving a real speech or doing a product review. the play here is obvious btw. run this for client content (mix with the hook and real body, check the results yourself) or use it on your own faceless channels as a hook pattern before the algo catches up...

Today America roots for Norway, and I need you to understand exactly why. We love an underdog. It is not a preference. It is a genetic condition. Two hundred and fifty-three years ago, a handful of colonials with no navy, no army, and no chance decided to throw a tea party in Boston Harbor to spite the largest empire the world had ever seen. An empire the sun never set on. An empire that could have ended us in an afternoon. And when the greatest military on earth said you cannot possibly do that, our answer was, and remains, hold my beer. Then we picked a fight we had no business winning. Then we declared ourselves free before we had actually won anything. Then we went out and made it true. We turned 250 last week. Still here. Still loud. That is the whole American operating system. The impossible odds. The comeback. The redemption. We do not just like that story, we are that story, and we will root for it anywhere we find it. It is why a bunch of college kids beating a Soviet hockey machine in 1980 still makes grown men cry in bars. So today. Norway. Five and a half million people. A country with more sheep than starting lineups. Playing England, a founding nation of the sport, on the biggest stage there is. Now let me be fair. We love England. Truly. Best ally we have got, and I say that with a full heart. Though the Japanese are gaining fast, so do not get comfortable. We love the Scots. We love the Northern Irish. We love our drunk cousins in Ireland, and yes I am lumping you all in, because half of you moved here anyway and you hate the English for reasons we are all familiar with. Nobody loves Wales. Nobody knows Wales exists. Nobody can understand a word of it. But I digress. Because today is not about any of that. Today is about five million Vikings walking into a stadium against an empire, with everyone on earth telling them they cannot possibly do this. You know exactly what we say to that. Let’s row!!! NORWAY!!!!!!

PHOTON COUNTING CT AND A NEW CONCEPT OF NORMAL CORONARY ARTERIES For more than 2 decades we have been performing Cardiac CT with constant improvements in all parameters (spatial, temporal and contrast resolution). The improvements were progressive in certain fields and steep in other (e.g.: the introduction of Dual Source CT that completely changed the range of temporal resolution achievable basically overnight and still is the most important source of flexibility in Cardiac CT scanning after almost 20 years). Spatial resolution instead was improved in a slow and progressive way until the test EID CT generations that achieved a spatial resolution of 250 microns. This allowed us to assess a coronary artery tree and define it as normal when no apprentice changes were visibile up to that value. But we know that the normal thickness of coronary artery walls is quite below that threshold. It is more in the range of 80-200 microns. Therefore, the very early changes in coronary artery wall thickness could not be picked up by EID CT technology. With the introduction of PCCT we can constantly achieve 100 microns spatial resolution which means that we work extol in range in which coronary artery disease starts. It also means that we don't see any thickening of the the coronary artery walls we have a much higher specificity and reliability. This concept is a transformative one because it allows us to shift earlier and earlier the beginning of atherosclerosis in our patients and think even more precisely in terms of cardiovascular prevention and monitoring. Movie: example of normal coronary artery tree with PCCT. A new era is coming into practice and it is the age of Photon Counting CT which pushes this boundaries further away. PCCT is a NEW Imaging Modality. PCCT is changing the game, the field, the language, the priorities and in the end it will change the entire infrastructure of diagnostic medicine. PS: note that PCCT images have to be reduced in resolution when uploaded in social media. #CardiacImaging #MedicalInnovation #StentAssessment #Radiology #PCCT #photoncounting #QuantumHD #CT #computedtomography #yesCCT #coronaryarterydisease #ischemia #naeotomalpha #Peak #Pro #Prime #speed #cardiac #highresolution #siemenshealthinners #CardiacCT #PhotonCountingCT #MedicalImaging #HeartHealth #CardiovascularInnovation #Radiology #AIInMedicine
