I saw the Huawei Pura X Max in person, and I actually like this form factor. I usually use my foldable phones for productivity (typing, photo editing, etc.) more than content consumption. But with this form factor, it is more suitable for content consumption, like watching movies or YouTube videos, for example. And I also love how compact it is compared to other book-style foldable phones. Now I'm also excited about the upcoming iPhone Fold and Galaxy Z Fold8 Wide if they have a similar form factor as this Huawei phone. If it had already been available to buy before my flight home, I would've bought this phone already.

Yes, the Xiaomi 17 Pro display looks cool, no doubts. But, in order to accommodate that, the ultra-wide has been placed at a slightly awkward position. Might not have this issue in the Pro Max variant, but this compact one is definitely going to take time getting used to, If you use a lot of ultra-wide.

No wonder Huawei had to be banned by the US. Apple would have lost it if Huawei wasn't nerfed. Just look at what they've accomplished even with all these bans. They have a wide portfolio of products that seamlessly integrate together thanks to HarmonyOS. The software integration is just as good if not better than what Apple has. They have somehow managed to make a decent SoC from scratch. It's not the best but it is something. They've made a very durable type of glass. Their selection of products aren't just all premium. Too bad all of this only available in China. This makes me even more excited for Xiaomi's HyperOS which is aiming to be something similar but this time it'll launch globally starting from as soon as Q1 2024. [Video source: Arun Maini]

First, the conclusion: the so called Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra leak from last night turned out to be a false alarm. After watching the original video over and over again, I'm convinced it isn't a Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. It's actually the blue version of the Galaxy Z Fold7. Because of the lighting and color temperature, the blue frame appeared black on camera, which led to the confusion. Here are the three biggest clues: 1. The inner display camera cutout is too large. Compared with the official Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra renders, the inner camera hole on the Fold8 Ultra is noticeably smaller. The one in the leaked video is still the larger Fold7-style cutout. 2. The rear camera housing doesn't match. The cylindrical camera housing reflects light with a bright metallic sheen, which is much more consistent with the blue Galaxy Z Fold7 than the black Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. Some of the hardware details also don't line up. 3. The inner display is still highly reflective. The device in the video shows obvious screen reflections. However, the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is the first Fold to feature an anti reflective inner display film. Anyone familiar with Samsung foldables should immediately notice that the reflections don't look like this. Based on these three points, I'm confident the device in the video is a blue Galaxy Z Fold7, not the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. The confusion is understandable because the two generations are incredibly similar. They share the same overall dimensions and aspect ratio, making them very easy to mix up. The good news is that the real Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra will be even better. It will have an even less visible crease than the Fold7, along with the new anti reflective inner display film.

Back in the day, Inside Lacrosse produced shows for ESPN. We’d build one hour specials, to run before and after the college season. We even had watch parties in the at-the-time revolutionary ESPN Zone, in the Inner Harbor. This Powell Hour segment was a popular one. When we talk about the influence of the X-Games on lacrosse in the 2000’s, within this piece that’s on full display. The brothers were trying to get people fired up and bring kids into the game. Lacrosse as a whole was trying to align with the snow skate culture at the time. They had the showmanship. But it was the stick skills that were staggering.

Saturday mornings are for hip mobility routines. Free them of the tension gathered during the week. You'll be more relaxed for your weekend and will protect your joints over the long run. This routine relieves the stress gathered in your hips: Do one after the other and rest for two minutes. 1 - Cossack Squats [ 3 x 10/leg] You might need to hold onto something if you have no hip mobility. Go as far down as your body allows and feel the stretch. Watch how your range of motion improves over time by doing these exercises a few times a week. 2 - Deep Bodyweight Split Squat [ 3 x 10/leg] Keep your torso upright and drive your knee all the way forward. You will feel a stretch along the front of your hip and thigh on the back leg. Use support if you struggle with balance too much. 3 - Deep Squat Twist [ 3 x 10/side] Can you rotate so that your fingers point toward the ceiling? I've seen so many people with chronic pain get stuck way before. If you lack the mobility to twist, hold the deep squat position for thirty seconds to one minute. Grab onto something at the bottom if you can't stay in the position. 4- Seated Wide-Leg Adductor Stretch [ 3 x 30-60s] Sitting with wide legs will be enough for some people to elicit an intense stretch. // Many of the new chronic pain clients I meet should have started a routine like this one decades ago.
