I vividly remember planning my Thailand trip this time last year Just dropped out of my 1st year in uni Didn’t want to pursue a gap year or apprenticeship The coaching business I was building for 1-2 years flopped So had no choice but to move back in with parents One of the most down bad times of my life because I genuinely didn’t know what to do after all this I scrolled through Twitter one day and saw one of Jack Hartley’s tweets Complete paradigm shift “Ain’t no way you can rent a 2 bed villa with a pool for that much?? - I was paying the same for rent for my old uni dorm” From then on the goal was obvious TIME TO GET THE FUCK OUT “Thailand by March 2023” etched into my brain (I’m Asian too so my soul too) Over those next 6 months all I did was stack as much commission through appt setting Post content Seek mentors/guidance (like Ed) Sort logistics Etc. It slowly started falling into place Paid the deposit on our villa in Koh Samui, booked my flight and found a group of G’s to move in with (All thanks to the internet) And you know the best part? I didn’t say a WORD about ANY of this to my family NOTHING Because your words don’t mean a fucking thing to whoever you’re trying to convince until they see it’s real Results > everything Anyways Exactly a month before I left, I finally broke the news to my parents They were skeptical at first and asking me all these questions but it slowly came to their realisation that this was indeed for real Planned meticulously for the last 6 months Every question? Answered to a T The whole dynamic then began to change I became more grateful There was more respect We spent more time together and had farewell celebrations As much as I love them and my friends back home It was a sign from the Universe to reach for greater heights Then on the morning of my flight I said goodbye to my mum, hopped on the plane and life’s changed ever since We’re only just getting started

🎥| “I'm not going to lie, I'm... I'm through the hardest part now, because fucking hell, I was a bag of nerves, honestly. We're here now, we're here now, right. Right, I've got a few things I want to say, maybe I'll sit down, feels like one of them chats, don't it? Obviously, on a day like today, you know, I... I've been reflecting, I've been thinking about my whole career. This is an important night for me, it's an important night for us as a collective, you know. I can remember distinctly, the year before I got put in the band, I actually also auditioned on The X Factor, right, and I remember distinctly... I was 17, I remember distinctly coming back and I... I got a 'no', I wasn't going to get through, and I remember being in the car with my mom, we stopped off, grabbed a Subway, that was lovely, and I'm just bawling my eyes out, being like, 'I fucking really want this, I really, really want this.' And you know, at that age, it's... it's kind of difficult to deal with that kind of shit, definitely. So, but... but luckily, you know, I had a... a good, good support and good advice around me, and I... and I went again, and then luckily, I got put in the band. And I fucking cherished every single year we had in the band, that was incredible. And you know, then there was a time where that wasn't a thing anymore, whatever we called it, fucking hiatus, or whatever. And... so I was kind of at that same place again, I was like, 'I really fucking want this, I don't want to let this go, you know, I fucking love doing what I do.' But I couldn't, I couldn't really, maybe to my own detriment, I couldn't really see the finish line like that, or even see the light at the end of the tunnel like that, I was... I was kind of worried, I was kind of worried that that might be the end for me. And I want you guys to know, you know, I say a version of this every night, this is a longer form of it, but... I simply would not have the fucking confidence to get up and play a place like Madison Square Garden. But I feel really, really, really fucking proud of what we've created, and tonight is just... is the ultimate idea. So, I... I never really feel like I can quite articulate just how much you've done for me. But honestly... tonight is one of those moments, I want everyone to leave here tonight, right, if you've seen my first tour... I want everyone to leave here tonight to... to take that, you know. You... you're responsible. I guess I played a part too, we did it together, we did it together, right. And... yeah, forever grateful for nights like tonight, it's... it's really, really special, so thank you so much. But anyway, to top things off, I did want to say, 'Side by Side' is for you. Like, I wrote that song... I actually wanted to say this before the song, but I crept up on my own emotional, not gonna lie. Um, but uh, that song's for you, listen to the words, feel it. I fucking love you, we've been doing it for a long time now, some of us, so thank you for everything, thank you for all of the passion you guys give me, I fucking love you. Right. Before I fucking choke up. Here we go!” ❤️🥹 Louis Tomlinson on stage at #HDWGHWTNewYork

My partner and I got attacked at Download Festival on Sunday. We just stopped to watch a band and a women sat about 10 feet behind us in a chair marched up behind us and shouted 'f*cking get out of my way'. We told her it's a festival, we can stand where we like and you can stand up if you want to see the band. chill out! A young women next to me said she had said the same to her. The woman then continued a tirade of verbal abuse which included, you are a pair of 'big c*ocks', and 'I am going to hit you'. She then ran up behind me, ripped my hat off my head which pulled my neck back and then threw my hat into the crowd. Her male friend then punched my partner in the face. When I turned I pushed her away from me, she then grabbed my hair and kept pulling it until I was on the ground she then repeatedly kicked me in the head, face and body with her heavy boots . Luckily some wonderful bystanders pulled her away from me, as she was much bigger than me, both in height and width. We went to the security and police and they said because I pushed her I would be offered a Community Resolution, which I refused to accept. They also said we might be evicted from the festival. We were not treated as victims of assault we were treated as trouble makers. The police failed to take a full statement from us and the Download security didn't even bother talking to us, just the people that attacked us. These terrible people weren't arrested or evicted from the festival, they were allowed to stay and to potentially go on to verbally abuse and attack other innocent people. I complained to the police and did another statement yesterday. The man taking the statement was shocked as it did not come across as we were victims at all in the statement taken at the festival. It's shocking that a police office saw the video of me on the floor being repeatedly kicked in the head and face and failed to report it correctly, identify us a victims of assault and evict or arrest our attackers. I am a 55 year old woman with epilepsy, I don't drink or take drugs, my parter is 53 and didn't drink as he was driving. I was looking forward to Download as a distraction as my Mum has just been killed by medical negligence and I have been spending my time dealing with the coroners and all that goes with it. It's been the worst time of my life and this experience has just sent me over the edge. Shame on the police for victim blaming and failing to protect the public from dangerous people. As for the person at Download security you should be ashamed of yourself, believing them over us and not bothering to collect evidence from both sides. I have attached a video of me being attacked and some photos of the aggressive woman. In one of the photos you can see her being held back, so she would have happily gone back in to attack me again. I had to go home as I didn't feel safe staying, as they were still at the festival, plus I wasn't in any fit state to stay. I currently can't work as my chest has been stamped on and i'm struggling to move and breath properly. Eating is fun as the right side of my face and teeth are really uncomfortable and my lip is cut. My vision has also been intermittently blurry and I have felt dizzy. I work for myself, so getting paid time off isn't an option. We did get some witnesses but if you or anyone you know saw this women attacking or verbally abusing anyone please let me know. Let's get the face of the women who thinks it's ok to stamp on someones face and head at Download Festival known. People like this should be banned from any festival for life. A big thanks to all the wonderful people who helped me. Download is a great festival, it's such a shame people like this spoil it for others.

A movie at Manning cineplex had to come to a stop after a brawl broke out just recently 🍿 Alleged info sent from a follower at the scene: “A bunch of teens were being loud in the theatre today and then some Karen guy tried to fight them, then the teens jumped in and thew drinks and broke his glasses” The fight also included a mother & her daughter. According to one of the people involved in the fight, a woman thought that the kids directed offensive language to her daughter, and started pressing them until it got physical and left the kid “no choice but to swing back despite trying to not fight.” However, the daughter reached out to us & stated the following alleged info: “They were being f**king noisy and as we were leaving since my mom dont take no ones shit she said “It’s a movie we dont come listen to y’all” and the guys said “come say that here ill slap the f*** out of u. Then i went and yelled at him asking wtf his issue was that he said that to my mom then he tried to swing at me, my mom threw her popcorn n then he got up to fight so i wasnt gonna take shit, I start fighing with the f**ker and this p**sy ass fucking weak as hell that he got pushed down and took advantage of that and tried to choke me but i aint let that happened so i got up then i trip and he tries to make me hit my head on the floor but i got up again and pushed his ass down the seats. but as always these f***ers cant fight alone and so his friends were hitting me and my mom. the f***rs friends were holding my mom back from tryna defend me and they punched and kicked her in the head. that f***er should be fucking held accountable, he didnt come watch a movie he came to look for a fight” #YEGWAVE

At 17, Quentin Tarantino moved to LA with ambitions of being a filmmaker. He got a job at a video store, Video Archives, and, he said, “I got caught up in the little life there...and for a few years, it put my ambitions to sleep. Because I was happy enough.” Then one night, An older guy named Steve-O who Tarantino worked and lived with vented about being disgusted with his life. “He starts ranting,” Tarantino said, “He goes, ‘Quentin...at 20, I worked at South Bay Cinemas, and I hung out with a bunch of guys just like you...Then I worked at Miller’s Outpost for 4 years, and I hung out with a bunch of guys just like you...Then I worked at Licorice Pizza for 4 years with a bunch of guys just like you. I’ve wasted my life hanging out with a bunch of guys just like you.” Tarantino was about to turn 25 at this time, and leading up to Steve-O’s rant, he said, “I was starting to [think], ‘What have I done with my life so far? So far fucking nothing.’ So as I'm having my own little anxieties hitting 25, I'm seeing what it’s like when you’re in that situation in your 30s.” Not wanting to be in that situation in his 30s—after Steve-O’s rant, Tarantino had what he calls a “Quentin Detest Fest”—“I stayed up all night. looking at everything that I’m fucking up in my life...And then I spent two hours figuring out how I can change it.” “And as opposed to just doing that, and then going to sleep, forgetting about it and falling back into my routine, I decided to change my life.” Tarantino decided to move from the South Bay to Koreatown, closer to the action in Hollywood. Not long after moving to the Hollywood area, he said, “I met a guy who wrote low-budget horror movies. Through him, I met other writers...You meet one person, and they introduce you to three others. Now all of a sudden, I actually knew people who were making movies.” Surrounded by people making movies, Tarantino started writing his own scripts and helping other writers with theirs. Soon, when those writers would get offered jobs rewriting scripts, if they couldn’t take it, they’d recommend Quentin. “And within a year and a half of moving into the Hollywood area,” Tarantino said, “literally, within a year and a half, I was able to make a living as a writer.” Takeaway 1: Tarantino said of those years working at the video store—“it put my ambitions to sleep. Because I was happy enough.” “I was happy enough,” he repeats. When you’re happy enough, when the job, the pay, or the circumstances are good enough—the psychologist Adam Mastroianni calls this The Mediocrity Trap. Mediocre situations, he writes, “keep you forever in their orbit because they never inspire the frustration it takes to achieve escape velocity.” To escape the mediocrity trap, you often need a setback (e.g. getting fired), a Steve-O rant, or, Mastroianni writes, “someone to come in and tell you it’s time to start living.” Takeaway 2: Throughout “Atomic Habits,” James Clear writes that the most reliable way to create better habits is to go to “where your desired behavior is the normal behavior.” Walt Disney moved to Hollywood after a decade of trying and failing to make it as a cartoonist in Kansas City. Bob Dylan moved to NYC to pursue his music ambitions. Julia Child moved to Paris and discovered her culinary ambitions. Tarantino moved to Hollywood to wake up his filmmaking ambitions. The songwriter & record producer Ryan Tedder tells the story of a time he spoke to a group of aspiring musicians. One of them told him that they’d been trying and failing for years to break into the music business. As Tedder tells it, “I said, ‘Where do you live?’ She said, ‘Holland.’ I said, ‘That's why.’ She said, ‘What?’ We were in LA—I said, ‘Move here. Move to London. Or move to New York...You gotta go to where it is.’” If you’re in the mediocrity trap, if your ambitions have been put to sleep, if you’ve been trying and failing for years—you gotta go to where what you desire is what’s normal.

This might be the best microcosm of Minnesota or Minneapolis, the failed communist state, run by imbeciles and immigrants. Recently I was at Minneapolis city hall for a press conference to support Edwin Reed, a young Black man who owned a business at George Floyd square and had it ruined by the city’s choices. After a heartfelt speech by Edwin and other community supporters, I was approached by Aisha Chughtai, a Minneapolis city council member. She didn’t have any questions about the press conference. She had no idea about Edwin’s story. She didn’t even introduce herself, she instead proceeded to awkwardly ask me “how I would get to the Senate if I’m afraid to fly?”, lol my response… I’m going to cut out the pathetic groveling most senators do for their donors all year around. Then I’ll have time to drive! I went on to explain how I actually think part of the problem in American politics is our financial and academic elites forming opinions they pass as facts, by fiat or decree, from their flyover limousine life. I’ve driven all across this country and seen it up close, met the people and hear the cries for common sense. Luckily we have the exchange on video or I’m sure this DSA leftist would've said I insulted her, threatened her or worse. Chughtai is now on a mental health leave of absence… Isn’t that ironic, mental health, another political issue I blazed a trail for while she was still in high school. I try to be erudite, articulate, statesmanlike, but honestly I fucking despise these communist pieces of shit. The days of polite politicians must die until we have victory. We have to defeat them here and now. Take it from somebody who grew up in the belly of the beast, there’s a reason the Minneapolis public schools are failing to teach our children how to read and do math, it’s so they’ll keep voting for Ilhan Omar and the rest of the donkeys. Chungtai served as campaign manager for Ilhan Omar’s 2018 campaign, shocker! The chaos and destruction you see in the major cities from young Black men is no coincidence, it is socially engineered by communists. Young Black men are the shock troops, 1st wave, cannon fodder for their color revolution. SPIT ON THE FLOOR and fuck you demonic democrats. P.S. Again, if you have a problem with my use of the word "fuck", you're not fucking mad enough and you're a fucking coward. GFY! Royce White for U.S. Senate MN 2026 Vote Primary August 11th
