Here is a presiding officer and other election officials confirming that Museveni's thugs came at a polling station, confiscated ballot papers and ticked all of them. Just a week ago, Gen. Museveni was shamelessly pretending to detest what happened in Bukedea! This is deep in Northern Uganda where they often claim to have support. They know so well that they CAN NEVER WIN any free and fair election ANYWHERE in this country!
