The complaint was filed by journalist Ezio Gavazzeni. Gavazzeni claims the "sniper tourists" would go on trips to Sarajevo and pay Bosnian Serb forces to kill men, women, and children in the 1990s. There was allegedly an extra fee to shoot children. Police initially reported the victim was conscious at the scene, but it’s now been confirmed the 19-year-old did not survive. No arrests have been made, and police are still investigating.
