What more, DHS nor USCIS have any documentation showing where her father was naturalized, which means Ilhan was never naturalized. Get her the hell out of here!!

If she can prove she was born in South Africa, that her birth was properly registered, and that she lived in South Africa until the age of 18, the law may allow her to apply for citizenship regardless of what her parents allegedly did. In other words, the alleged conduct of her parents does not automatically determine her own legal position. That doesn't mean she has already won.
