On a walk yesterday evening in the wooded grounds of a former psychiatric hospital just outside Ennis in Co Clare. Four people passed me inside in the woods, 3 young and then one lady of approx 60 who had visible marks of her face They all look drunk or high however we're friendly and all said hello as they walked deeper into the woods with their heads down I noticed many abondoned tents and duvets throughout the woods while walking As I passed on further I noticed a young man and woman sitting and drinking inside what I can only describe as a fort, the likes I built myself as a teenager. My heart was broken I have been here before and spoken to a young man who was living on the grounds of this hospital literally in a hedge while sleeping on a wet duvet These are ALL Irish people Addicts and alcoholics I'm sure most are, but to be allowed rot and live like this in Ireland as Irish people is beyond upsetting to see. In the middle of Ennis town is Clare lodge A large former tourist accomodation now filled with Africans and other foreigners who live like kings while our own country men and women rot like this in the woods surrounding Ennis Town When you see disgusting liberal men and women who scream for foreigners please let them know how you feel and what has happened to our forgotten Irish.

Last night I had one of the worst panic attacks I’ve had in years. Thats a part of suffering from depression and I wanted to share that mainly to explain what it feels like so others can benefit. 🏃‍♂️ It started after a run last night. I knew I was on the edge of exhaustion for weeks. The room started spinning, I wanted to puke and my heart felt like it was going to explode. I put it down to exercise at first but it was a full on panic attack 🛌 After leaving a cafe in a hurry I had to lay down. It took 3 hours to pass. During all of that time I thought I could die. It’s this extreme fear that is the panic attack. Even if you’ve had loads of them you still struggle to get through it. 🦷 During and after it my jaw tensed up. Today my muscles ache. I’ve been tired and irritable for weeks. There’s been a fog. Indecision creeps in. Self doubt. A feeling of worthlessness. Imposter syndrome. Extreme exhaustion. 😖Anxiety and depression is no joke. I write this so as others can hopefully see it and think “ah good I’m not the only one feeling this” Like so many people you could look at me and think everything is perfect. I spend my days with dogs, I get constant nice comments, I’ve loads of followers, I wrote a book and been on TV etc. Many of the things people dream of and I feel blessed to get to do what I do. But more importantly I’m not ashamed to say I’m the guy who had to run out on a Saturday night on a friend back to my bed to do deep breathing and manage a crippling panic attack. I’m the person who often has to look at their feet instead of making eye contact as the anxiety is eating me up inside. For anybody out there just remember there are sports stars, CEOs, Lawyers, Singers, Movie stars and people from every walk of life who suffer like this. There’s absolutely no shame in it. Your sister, son or elderly parent might be struggling and trying to hide it. I know mine has come from losing 4 dogs recently and the pressure on my shoulders. I won’t lie I did look at the bar with the football on last night and think “2 quick beers will fix this”. But then I thought of Billy, Cindy, Eve and all the other dogs who rely on me. Easy decision Look after yourselves and others who might suffer 🙏🥰

As a half-Venezuelan, I feel extremely excited about the news today: the dictator Nicolás Maduro is under arrest! But I can't help but think, what's going to happen next? 🇻🇪⚖️ Venezuela’s crisis isn’t about a single man. It’s a kleptocratic system built over decades: corrupt institutions, corrupted military force, narco-networks, external oil alliances with world power nations, and loyalists like Diosdado Cabello and Delcy Rodríguez holding the levers of power. If we don’t dismantle it, the hydra will grow new heads. If we want to restore Venezuela's democracy this is what needs to happen: 1. Declare Maduro’s absolute absence under Article 233 of the Constitution. 2. Empower a legitimate interim government from the opposition to purge corrupt officials. 3. Reform the CNE (National Electoral Council) to guarantee fair and transparent elections within 30 days. Ideally, with the assistance of international watchdogs and the use of blockchain to avoid corruption and ensure transparency. 4. Encourage military defections, freeze assets of loyalists, and isolate Cabello, Rodríguez, and other remnants.
