The clip is claimed to have been recorded near Tamura, Fukushima, on December 7, 2013, and appears to show two bright objects descending behind a wooded horizon, with one flashing intensely as the driver abruptly reverses away. The wider Fukushima region also became associated with numerous reports of unexplained lights and alleged UFO activity following the devastating 2011 earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster.
