Former prosecutor and professor David Clements argued yesterday during the January 6 Pardon Press Conference that January 6ers should receive both pardons from Trump and restitution. He adds that J6ers should be a "protected class" from discrimination in the job market.

David is such an amazing man! He has the goods about the fraud in 2020 after working tirelessly the last 4 years. He knows so much and the experts he has worked with have done all the work. Asking for pardon for all is the right thing to do. The whole thing was a setup and the injustice coming from it was unprecedented. No one protesting at the Capitol has ever been treated that way. First of all the J6 traitors weren’t prosecuted by the select committee, they were prosecuted by the Justice Dept. How was this guy a prosecutor and not understand that Congress (the legislative branch) creates the law and the Executive branch enforces the law. Regardless there is ZERO he can do to anyone who was on the committee - it’s called Congressional immunity (Speech or Debate clause, Westfall Act). Another MAGAt muppet.
