Let’s assume that sage actually does clear out “evil spirits”. Jesus said in Mathew 12 that unclean spirits (evil spirits) that are kicked out wander around seeking rest and when they find none they return to the place they left and brings 7 other spirits MORE evil than itself. The only true sanitation is the Holy Spirit to drive them out and fill the place to keep them from returning.

Then perhaps you should actually know what you’re doing before you do it. You all are walking around in so much supposed power but in actuality think there a devil everywhere else except in your pulpit, your choir stand, or in your house. The sage you burn is inviting your protective ancestors to come in, and clearing the negative energies surrounding you. It’s also clearing your own being through the aromatherapy properties. @GVStudios_TV Hey👋. Half Lumbee Native here.. Sage has never been used for invoking spirits.. Sage is used for Protection, Smudging, Spiritual preparations, Healing and Honoring Ancestors. She clearly went astray and was calling upon something that she didn’t know and it scared her lol.
