I’m a father of an autistic child and coached HS for 18 years. Coach Smith has a new fan right here. All the best to him and his family.

@Softykjr There is so much going into a decision of taking a job that outsiders don’t know. We have to learn to respect their decisions.

Kyle Smith is everything good about WSU Cougar Athletics. WSU just needs to find the next Kyle Smith that falls in Love with Pullman just like how Mike Leach did. Mike Leach would've stayed in Pullman but couldn't work under Pat Chun. #GoCougs

He is a damn good coach. Something like this is much bigger than basketball. He will do well leading the program.

For real, that's awesome for him and his family the best part of all sports right there, not money power, fame, trophies ( but the trophies are nice) it's people. Congrats to him and his family.
