Ye this would all be fine if constructive critisism did anything for the past 2 years, we been trying to be positive for soo long but when someone shits on you consistently and keeps making it worse youre gonna crack eventually. nothing has been fixed in years tournaments still dont work, hackers still run around aimbotting everyone and every update theres around 15 new bugs imagine what would happen if any other game had all of that

So because of this, you think it gives you the right to attack people for something out of their control? Queasy, come on man.

Funny you made this video a couple of hours after i preached the same thing to all my boys, its about time to turn this negative attitude around and give constructive critisism.. ESPECIALLY now that epicgames seem to be communicating with us again BIG GUYS BE ROLEMODELS-> REST WILL FOLLOW eventually

100% agree. Was on my list of vids to make since the situation dropped! We gotta start somewhere.

pros play the game for money, if you change something that they have spent thousands of hours perfecting, they are going to be mad, and being teenagers, are gonna act on it

That doesn’t make it okay to attack people, ever. Plus only a small number are actually making money. The others attacking these people are just following the trend of hate.

I feel as though this is what the community was doing at first, giving constructive critism etc but this shit has been going on for years with terrible changes constantly on game mechanics/loot pool that nobody complains about and then once the hate gets so bad epic communicat😬

Incorrect. The hate actually lead to Epic stopping communication including patch notes and more. We are just starting to get it back and communities actions are going to cause it to go away again. Plus, it’s a video game. Not a single person should be attacked for being part of game development, ever.

Obviously hate is bad and what people did under that developer's tweet was unacceptable, but the majority of pro players just gave up on constructive criticism a while ago. We (competitive) community have been through so many things that we no longer consider constructive criticism an option to have a real dialogue with Epic. Most of changes in last years have been bad or unnecessary, starting from removing items days before FNCS (maybe some people don't know but there is huge amount of money involved into this tournaments, and for some players it is life changing), allowing cheaters to play in tournaments, or even not learning from previous mistakes (this season for example) like making 2nd round of Duo Cash Cup Finals 30 minutes after 1st round ends which not only makes it difficult to choose landing spot for pro players (which again could make them lose money) but also banning cheaters is almost impossible in that short time span - just to name a few. About the Hogman segment, the reason why players @ him in every single post when they complain is because after all these months (or even years) without good communication he is the only “known” person from Epic that would be public if that makes sense. How can we have a real dialogue or constructive criticism when Epic just doesn't care? We politely asked (explained and gave multiple advantages) for Ranked Customs to be enabled so pro players who practice for tournaments can have a “safe” and real environment to play for these million dollar tournaments, we also did that with Siphon. Epic is surprised when they see a lot of people complaining when new things are released but they wont even let us test them before they do (for example like it is done in League Of Legends - PBE). Trust me, we tried and it failed multiple times, and to be clear I am not saying that hate is good but no wonder why people complain and sometimes spread negativity. In the end the game's main purpose is to bring joy and entertainment to players, and in this case pro players should have a voice, which clearly they did not have for the last 2 years. #makefortnitegreatagain #FortniteUnderground

Yea I’m ngl like the corny jokes were funny for the first 30 seconds, but then they just got worse and worse and then he privated his post which made people QT it more. Now some dude is like spamming his full dox around with extremely sensitive personal info. Wayyy to far
