The tweet I’m quoting is the list method. In this tweet I’m going to show you the MAP method. Step 1. Load up a game, I’ve loaded Burnley for this example. Step 2. Refresh the page every now and again until you see the map show a section blue. Step 3. Zoom in, see if the dot has loaded in (if not refresh till it does, but try not to refresh a lot) Step 4. When the dot loads, click on and off till it shows prices Here’s a video example of me missing a Burnley one.

Most people trying to build a vertical AI business start by building the agent. That's the mistake. Here's the 5-step order that actually works: Step 1) Find a boring pain point - Pick a workflow you already know from your job. - That's your unfair advantage. Step 2) Map the workflow - Literally draw it out. - Every step, every handoff. Step 3) Do the job as a service - Manually. - For real clients. - Before any code. Step 4) Document the edge cases - This is where the real IP lives. - You only find them by doing the work. Step 5) Add vertical agents to replace each step - Now you have proprietary data and a workflow you own. Skip steps 1–4 and you're just building a demo.

This video points out what they are doing and is straight to the point. Step one: train the people only to consume. Step two: infiltrate the adults on the news. Step three: indoctrinate the children through the schools and the music and the apps on the phones that they use. Step four: separate the right from the left. Step five: separate the white from the black. Step six: separate the rich from the poor. Use religion and equality to separate them more. Step seven: fabricate a problem made of lies. Step eight: put it on the news every night. Step nine: when people start to fight and divide take control, this is called situational design.
