The CIA are the largest drug trafficking cartel in the US. They helped move Pablo Escobar’s cocaine consignment into the US. 60 Minutes in 1993 reported on how the CIA smuggled 1500kg of cocaine from Colombia with Venezuela as the transit route. The CIA secured cooperation of the Venezuelan National Guard under false pretences. The National Guard was misled into believing that they were cooperating on an undercover operation. It’s to downsize DNI from its administrative or supervisory function over the intelligence community to what I call “CIA supremacism.” They want the CIA to be supreme in all things when it comes to intelligence.
