Don't confuse the elegance and fluency of animation. For example, the animation of iOS 18 is still elegant, but it is not smooth. Anyone can feel that iOS 18 still limits the refresh rate of most scenes to 80Hz. For Android users who are used to 120Hz, iOS 18 looks really not smooth. This is why it is difficult for me to use iPhone 16 Pro Max as the main mobile phone.

I see Liquid Glass everywhere but the problem is everyone’s created a sphere and that’s it. I prefer to create systems. I’ve Vibecoded the full-fledged cpu based universal Liquid Glass design system that works on every browser and device , getting closer and closer to the official iOS 26 one. Still working in progress before a full release.

I’m on iOS 27 and it doesn’t lag like that lol. Even when I was on iOS 26, it wasn’t nearly that laggy. Sure, it’s still slow because of the 3GB of RAM and A13 Bionic, but from my experience, it’s still somewhat usable.
