Found Bluepoint's FPS mode for MGS3. BP definitely canned it pretty early - it's kinda jank and will need a bit of touchup to be playable.

It's not, it's explicitly Bluepoint code for MGS3 that was found referenced in a shared engine .cpp file. (BP_Camera.cpp @ L1086)
