Usually it’s around 10 vs 10 or 15 vs 15, made up mostly of hooligans from the same football club, sometimes even alliances between 2–3 clubs. Most of these guys already train in kickboxing, MMA, or other combat sports in their free time, and some of them are seriously skilled fighters. Players use hand wraps and gumshields before fighting, making it feel less like a random street brawl and more like an underground fighting tournament.

It’s official: police have dropped the charges against Tommy Robinson! Police could have immediately told Tommy that they would not be pursuing this matter — they had the surveillance footage immediately. It’s official: the police have acknowledged, in writing, that Tommy Robinson 🇬🇧 acted in self-defence last month when he defended himself against an unprovoked attack at the St. Pancras train station. More awesome footage of one of the most ethereal forest creatures: the lynx. We captured more daytime footage of lynx this past winter than in any previous winter, in large part, because we had many more cameras out this winter compared to previous years (had ~350 cameras out this winter). And more cameras means, we get more neat observations like these (plus higher-quality data on wolves in the area, which is the main reason we deploy so many cameras). Note: this is the 2nd video of our “best" lynx footage from this winter. See our post on Monday for the 1st video if you haven’t watched that one yet. Both have some pretty neat sequences in our opinion! Huge thanks to the >8,700 individual donors whose generosity has allowed us to deploy a large number of trail cameras and capture neat footage like this to share with everyone.

So I was shocked when my so-called “progressive” opponent manipulated and spliced video footage of me on social media to deceive New Yorkers with the same kind of misinformation. And I was even more taken back when he doubled down during our debate two days ago. This kind deception has no place in politics and should upset every New Yorker. I’m running a campaign on facts, not lies. It’s disappointing that my opponent is not.

The sheer number of different bears on this trail the past summer is amazing (>20-30 different bears?)! The wolves in the video are members of the Whiskey Point Pack and most footage is of the breeding male (bigger wolf missing top of right ear), the breeding female, and two yearlings. Most of these wolves look really thin, with their pelvis clearly visible. Summer— late summer in particular— is the leanest time of the year for wolves, and these wolves’ bodies are evidence of that. P.S.-make sure to watch to the end if you want to see some neat moose footage! The sheer number of different bears on this trail the past summer is amazing (>20-30 different bears?)! This is the only wildlife trail we have found in our area that consistently has this kind of bear activity. We pulled the SD card on this camera yesterday so this is hot off the press! If you don’t want an extra super adorable babysitter, it’s best not to try this at home 💞🥰 When Holly was pregnant, everyone around her kept worrying and reminding her, “Aren’t you scared? You already have a Staffy and now you’re adding a baby!” But the family prepared very carefully. They trained seriously and involved Tommy in every daily activity so he could gradually get used to the baby. And then a miracle happened. The first time they met, Tommy was incredibly gentle, curious and wanting to get closer, yet respectfully keeping his distance. From that moment on, Tommy became the most wonderful big brother: always sitting guard by the crib, lying next to the baby on the play mat, gently licking her little feet, and even pushing toys toward her. Now, the 7 month old baby girl loves Tommy so much that she often crawls over to give him gentle “dough punches” and play with him. Every time they go for a walk, she doesn’t look at the path, she only has eyes for Tommy, her closest friend. Tommy isn’t just a dog anymore. He has become a big brother, a protector, and the best friend of this little girl. What a beautiful and heartwarming bond! 💓🐶👶
