Usually it’s around 10 vs 10 or 15 vs 15, made up mostly of hooligans from the same football club, sometimes even alliances between 2–3 clubs. Most of these guys already train in kickboxing, MMA, or other combat sports in their free time, and some of them are seriously skilled fighters. Players use hand wraps and gumshields before fighting, making it feel less like a random street brawl and more like an underground fighting tournament.

Yesterday Tommy was walking alone in a large train station in London when he was threatened with violence by a belligerent man, who was drunk. Tommy repeatedly warned him to back off, but instead, the man advanced. Tommy responded in self-defence and the man fell to the ground. St. Pancras station is completely covered with surveillance cameras, and unless police delete that footage, it will clearly show the man besetting and threatening Tommy. It was 100% self defence. A lot of people are victims of crime in London, especially in their subway system. Even Donald Trump mentioned London’s decay yesterday in his visit to the UK. There were 940,000 crimes reported in London last year alone — and of course, many people don’t even bother calling police anymore. Tommy is more alert than most people because he regularly gets threatened by people who disagree with him. I see that the regime media are reporting that Tommy has fled the jurisdiction, but that’s not true. It is true that Tommy later left the UK, but it was for pre-scheduled meetings, including international media interviews. He’s not fleeing, he already reported the incident to the police, and he has never in his life tried to evade authorities. You’ll remember, just last year he voluntarily flew from Spain to London, to present himself to the court, even though he knew he would be sent to jail. Tommy doesn’t run — not from thugs at the train station, or from police trying to stitch him up. I’ve spoken with Tommy and with Tommy’s criminal lawyers and I’ve offered to crowdfund this latest legal battle — which is nothing more and nothing less than self-defence against a London hoodlum. I don’t have an estimate of how much this is going to cost — I guess it depends on how badly the government wants to go after Tommy. He was the victim of the crime here, in Sadiq Khan’s dangerous city. Unlike 940,000 other Londoners, he managed to save himself. It’s official: police have dropped the charges against Tommy Robinson! Police could have immediately told Tommy that they would not be pursuing this matter — they had the surveillance footage immediately. It’s official: the police have acknowledged, in writing, that Tommy Robinson 🇬🇧 acted in self-defence last month when he defended himself against an unprovoked attack at the St. Pancras train station. Here's the letter police sent, received by Tommy today. In short, they will not be charging him — they say there’s no evidence he did anything wrong. Just a reminder: last month a crazed leftist — who admitted he was drunk — spotted Tommy by chance and decided to attack him. Tommy did his best to evade the man and kept telling him to back off, but the attacker persisted. At the last moment possible, Tommy defended himself, and the attacker hit the floor. It was clearly a case of self-defence. Tommy immediately called police to report the incident, and had his lawyers follow up the next morning. Police would have immediately known it was self-defence by watching the surveillance footage of the train station. But two-tier policing is now the norm in the UK, so they preferred to try to make it into a “scandal” and impose stress and costs on Tommy. (Frankly, I’m worried they’re going to try to do something to stop Tommy’s massive rally on Sept. 13.) The regime media was only too happy to play along with the police, claiming that Tommy had “fled” the country. One newspaper even sent paparazzi overseas trying to find Tommy. In fact, Tommy rearranged his travel plans to come back early to meet with police. Tommy, his lawyer, and the police watched the surveillance footage together and it was obvious that Tommy did nothing wrong. In fact, it was the attacker who ought to have been charged. (He hasn’t been.) Nonetheless, police kept Tommy and his lawyer at the police station until 1 a.m. answering questions about the incident. And then, outrageously, at 1 a.m. they said they had another matter to discuss with him: they showed him three tweets that he had written — including one from last year — and accused him of crimes for each of those. They kept him at the station until 3 a.m. for that! Just outrageous. (I don’t know if you’ve seen it, but Graham Linehan, the comedian behind the sitcom “Father Ted”, was just arrested for writing tweets criticizing transgenderism. Free speech in the UK is under attack daily.) But at least the St. Pancras incident is officially over. As you know, I told Tommy I’d crowdfund the cost of that for him. More awesome footage of one of the most ethereal forest creatures: the lynx. We captured more daytime footage of lynx this past winter than in any previous winter, in large part, because we had many more cameras out this winter compared to previous years (had ~350 cameras out this winter). And more cameras means, we get more neat observations like these (plus higher-quality data on wolves in the area, which is the main reason we deploy so many cameras). Note: this is the 2nd video of our “best" lynx footage from this winter. See our post on Monday for the 1st video if you haven’t watched that one yet. Both have some pretty neat sequences in our opinion! Huge thanks to the >8,700 individual donors whose generosity has allowed us to deploy a large number of trail cameras and capture neat footage like this to share with everyone.

And I was even more taken back when he doubled down during our debate two days ago. This kind deception has no place in politics and should upset every New Yorker. I’m running a campaign on facts, not lies. It’s disappointing that my opponent is not.

The sheer number of different bears on this trail the past summer is amazing (>20-30 different bears?)! This is the only wildlife trail we have found in our area that consistently has this kind of bear activity. We pulled the SD card on this camera yesterday so this is hot off the press! We thought it was super cool and wanted to share as we figured folks would enjoy it as well. Oh, and bears aren’t the only animals using the trail as you can see... The wolves in the video are members of the Whiskey Point Pack and most footage is of the breeding male (bigger wolf missing top of right ear), the breeding female, and two yearlings. Most of these wolves look really thin, with their pelvis clearly visible. Summer— late summer in particular— is the leanest time of the year for wolves, and these wolves’ bodies are evidence of that. P.S.-make sure to watch to the end if you want to see some neat moose footage! Lastly, HUGE thanks to the Minnesota Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund for supporting our project, which allows us to capture and share footage like this.

We thought it was super cool and wanted to share as we figured folks would enjoy it as well. Oh, and bears aren’t the only animals using the trail as you can see... The wolves in the video are members of the Whiskey Point Pack and most footage is of the breeding male (bigger wolf missing top of right ear), the breeding female, and two yearlings. Most of these wolves look really thin, with their pelvis clearly visible. Summer— late summer in particular— is the leanest time of the year for wolves, and these wolves’ bodies are evidence of that. P.S.-make sure to watch to the end if you want to see some neat moose footage! If you don’t want an extra super adorable babysitter, it’s best not to try this at home 💞🥰 When Holly was pregnant, everyone around her kept worrying and reminding her, “Aren’t you scared? You already have a Staffy and now you’re adding a baby!” But the family prepared very carefully. They trained seriously and involved Tommy in every daily activity so he could gradually get used to the baby. And then a miracle happened. The first time they met, Tommy was incredibly gentle, curious and wanting to get closer, yet respectfully keeping his distance. From that moment on, Tommy became the most wonderful big brother: always sitting guard by the crib, lying next to the baby on the play mat, gently licking her little feet, and even pushing toys toward her. Now, the 7 month old baby girl loves Tommy so much that she often crawls over to give him gentle “dough punches” and play with him. Every time they go for a walk, she doesn’t look at the path, she only has eyes for Tommy, her closest friend. Tommy isn’t just a dog anymore. He has become a big brother, a protector, and the best friend of this little girl. What a beautiful and heartwarming bond! 💓🐶👶
