One of my favorite exercises I’ve been doing recently is the reverse lunge with a med ball twist. Unlike a heavy reverse lunge, I’m focusing less on pure strength and more on coordination, rhythm, and movement quality. A simple way to think about it: Heavy reverse lunges are a strength exercise, whereas reverse lunges with a med ball twist are a movement exercise. It won’t replace heavy strength training, but it provides a lot of athletic benefit with much less fatigue and soreness. For runners, that’s a big advantage. It’s easy to recover from and much easier to incorporate into a high-frequency, high-volume running plan.

This woman goes into a restaurant and sits down, she decides she’s not terribly hungry and could never finish an adults entree anyways. So she decides to order from the kid’s menu only to be told she’s too old to do so and it’s only for children.i always thought the kid’s menu was kid’s portions, meaning it was a smaller meal. I didn’t think it was age restricted, you pay less for it because it’s less food. Does anyone else order from the kids menu, or should everyone be able to?

Got early access to MiniMax H3, so I had to try something with it. I generated 5 still frames for a fictional series intro, used them as Omni References and turned them into a short title sequence.
