@WisprFlow hey babe wake up, hector just posted another growth breakdown

@WisprFlow hahaha appreciate it g

@WisprFlow Witnessing a generational run 😨

@WisprFlow ty for getting me on x unc

@WisprFlow you are awesome, and doing great at such an age, just wanted to appreciate it!

@WisprFlow i think should be in reverse. organic is for testing. drop in paid what worked on organic (counting trials as organic too)

ehhh organic tells you more so what gets views paid can verify really quickly if your idea has legs or if people even want it also most people aren’t good enough at organic to get a clean read anyway and to be clear i’m not saying run the same videos on paid and organic i’m saying paid is for testing the idea itself like do people actually want this and will they pay for it? example: steven bartlett tests his book covers and titles with ads before the book was even out. his team does the same with podcast thumbnails before an episode drops to see which one people click sometimes the content doesn’t even exist yet they’re just checking if people care before going all in and it's the same idea here with paid you control the audience throw up a few statics and quick videos and you know which angle converts in a few days then take the winning angle/product and build a completely different organic engine around it because even though the line between paid and organic is starting to fade, a good ad doesn’t feel the same as a good video

but you can test concepts in organic without cost. then what works bring to paid and print on demand. at least in ecom it's a common tactic to bring tiktok most viral videos into a paid meta campaign. this way you only deposit your $$ into what's already proven to work in organic if that makes sense but i get what u mean too

i think we’re talking about different stages tho. you’re looking at it like the product already works imagine if at histrips before the electrolytes were out you ran ads testing the copy on the packaging, the flavors, the angles you would very quickly be able to see is this idea even worth pursuing? do people want it? which flavor do we make first? that’s where paid wins imo

hey hector, loved the breakdown! i’m exploring founder-led GTM for B2B startups too, and i’m curious about how you’d rank linkedin, X, newsletters, youtube and instagram in terms of ROI, especially for early-stage founders with limited time and resources would love to hear your take on which platforms actually drive pipeline vs just visibility

i think youtube can help feed into everything which is why i think its the best roi very hard to turn linkedin content into a video without taking time from a founder but very easy to take an existing video and its messaging and distribute it across different mediums it is a lot harder to execute really well on yt tho

thanks hector, makes sense for distribution! but if we look at distribution specifically through the lens of lead generation, would you still rank youtube above all other channels for B2B, or would the ranking change when the goal is to drive qualified leads rather than just reach and visibility?

@WisprFlow Another banger. 1:1 organic to paid ratio armageddon to fight against all the noise and win.

@WisprFlow ty ty you can’t win on just paid or just organic anymore the people who win will run both flawlessly

@WisprFlow massively agree

@WisprFlow First the sloppification of content must be revoked AI UGC needs to be banned.

@WisprFlow Time to take some notes.

@WisprFlow He’s back 🙂↕️

@WisprFlow Banger. Would add that the highest leverage thing you can do is figure out what your founder (and execs) should say - using tons of customer signal. IE figure out what’s likely to get them engaged, then rip. Been doing this for a long time for Salesforce, Loom, Bolt, Woo, etc

@WisprFlow @lx_a2b

@WisprFlow Another week, another banger. There goes my evening plans...

@WisprFlow hahaha appreciate it brother lmk what you would like to me break down next

@WisprFlow another killer. youtube works for enterprise saas as well? always thought it was more prosumer/lower ticket sales.

@WisprFlow enterprise teams are made up of individual consumers same reason paid ads works for bringing in enterprise clients later down the line

@WisprFlow I’ve always said YouTube is king viewers are the highest intent and more than anything it’s long form vs every other platform optimized for short form people go on YouTube to learn, they go on Ig,TikTok,X, etc to be entertained

@WisprFlow @woooojay7

@WisprFlow banggggg
