Unless they level scale, they're only good for maybe an hour of play... based on any Boarderlands game ever. So.. do they? Are they all lvl 1? Or do they arrive at the level you are when you claim them? Or some other variant?

Seems like legendaries that will be outclassed fairly quickly. Also, if they are giving 4 for pre orders, makes me worry that legendary drop rate will be like bl3. Which was terrible and way to over saturating. Made chasing loot not as fun and rewarding feeling

Please make sure these are actually practical in that they deal damage instead of just being visual gimmicks like the goofy nerf launcher from bl3. If that firework smg is actually strong it'd be amazing.
