The tradition of officer cadets painting this bridge on the training area at Sandhurst has taken a VERY amateur turn this intake. I’m no Sherlock Holmes but I predict we’re looking for an American and an officer now commissioned into the Jocks, from 30 Platoon, Borneo Company 🤣

Only U.S. Military Academy at West Point cadets can unite Republicans and Democrats on Capitol Hill. That’s Republican John James and Democrat Pat Ryan 🇺🇸, both academy grads, leading a dozen cadets in pushups just steps away from the House chamber. Onlookers applauded when they were done. 😆

Today is the first day of the new class at U.S. Military Academy at West Point. I will be sharing photos and experiences all day. This is Father Matt welcoming cadets moments before they are to begin their journey at West Point and join the long gray line. He is one of the most inspirational and impactful people I have ever met. Bless him, and bless the new cadets.

🚨 Hamas shows up in Bangladesh! As the news about existence of Hamas in Bangladesh drew attention of the local Islamists, hundreds of jihadist flags were placed at a flyover in Dhaka city. As authorities quickly removed those flags, angry jihadists brought out procession chanting slogans in favor of turning Bangladesh into a Caliphate. They also chanted slogans against "enemies of Islam". Following the 2024 Jihadist Coup, which was backed by the United States, Turkey and Pakistani ISI, Bangladesh is witnessing the alarming rise of Islamist and jihadist forces. Meanwhile, on September 7, 2024, several top figures of Hamas, led by Khaled Mishal visited Bangladesh and participated in a huge gathering, which also was attended by anti-US and pro-jihadist leaders from Pakistan. Since then, Hamas men are regularly visiting Bangladesh.

It’s a sad day for Crowborough. The cadets have held their final evening at the army barracks, which are now being repurposed to house at least 600 undocumented men who have broken into this country. Why are long-standing community groups — especially those who serve, volunteer, and contribute — not being treated as a priority? Our towns deserve facilities that support local people first. Not people who may pose risks to local communities. #Crowborough #localsfirst

🇫🇷 LOUVRE HEIST MAY HAVE BEEN COMMISSIONED BY PRIVATE COLLECTOR Paris prosecutors believe the chainsaw-wielding thieves who stole priceless French Crown Jewels from The Louvre yesterday may have been hired by a collector. Prosecutor Laure Beccuau said authorities are investigating whether organized crime professionals were hired on commission by a specific buyer. If a collector commissioned the heist, there's a better chance the stolen pieces remain intact rather than being melted down or destroyed. The jewels could also be used to launder money from drug trafficking, given the massive sums involved in that trade. 9 objects were targeted, 8 successfully stolen, including pieces worth tens of millions of euros each.
