🚨 TRUMP PLAYS HARDBALL ON BLANCHE NOMINATION President Trump is signaling he may simply withdraw Todd Blanche’s formal nomination for Attorney General rather than keep fighting Sens. John Cornyn and Thom Tillis. The two senators are still demanding written guarantees on the anti-weaponization fund and the Trump family’s IRS settlement terms. Trump’s message: He has “no objection” to pulling the nomination and waiting until Cornyn and Tillis are out of office. Because Blanche is already serving as Acting Attorney General, there is no statutory clock forcing a quick decision. He can continue in the role. The confirmation fight may just be postponed until the two holdouts are gone.

Breaking News today on Todd Blanche’s confirmation vote getting proposed: From his refusal to follow the law in the Epstein case to the DOJ’s anti-weaponization fund, Blanche should not serve as U.S. Attorney General. Call your senators today and urge them to vote a hell no on Blanche’s confirmation. Our justice system is here to serve the American people, not serve as the personal attorney for the President.

🚨MAJOR BREAKING: Todd Blanche’s nomination to become Attorney General is officially in jeopardy. Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley (R-IA) was forced to notify members that tonight’s planned vote to advance Blanche’s nomination has been postponed. The DRAMA erupted after GOP Senators John Cornyn and Thom Tillis demanded binding, written guarantees to permanently kill Trump’s corrupt, self-serving $1.8 billion IRS settlement. This taxpayer-funded slush fund was designed to bankroll MAGA allies and Jan. 6 insurrectionists while handing Trump, his family, and his business empire broad tax audit immunity, preventing federal agencies from holding them accountable. Blanche insists the fund is dead but refuses to put it in writing, leaving confirmation totally stalled.

CONFIRMATION: Disgraced John Cornyn is demanding that Todd Blanche agree to follow the lame-duck senator's prosecutorial and settlement terms in exchange for his confirmation vote. Cornyn refuses to meet with Blanche until he gets what he wants. Trump assumes it is all about the fact that he endorsed Paxton.

Sen. Cornyn: Is it your position that the weaponization fund is a 'moot issue'? Acting AG Todd Blanche: Yes, because it's not moving forward. Cornyn: But the settlement agreement remains as it was originally? Blanche: Well... yes. I suppose if Trump's counsel sought to enforce it, they could, including... including the weaponization fund.

🚨 BREAKING: TRUMP JUST STUCK IT TO CORNYN — HARD! 💥🔥 President Trump just delivered the ultimate power move. Despite John Cornyn’s bitter RINO obstruction (and Tillis tagging along), it’s CONFIRMED: Trump can keep Todd Blanche as Acting Attorney General… PERMANENTLY. No confirmation. No surrender. No mercy. 47 is refusing to cave. He may simply pull the nomination, leave Blanche in place forever, and wait for Cornyn to be gone. Cornyn thought he could hold Blanche hostage for revenge. Trump just laughed… and flipped the board. This is pure hardball. This is dominance. This is how you handle RINOs. America just won. Cornyn just lost. RT if you’re smiling. 🇺🇸🔥

HAPPENING TODAY: President Trump's Attorney General pick, Todd Blanche, is set to face the Senate Judiciary Committee today for a tense confirmation hearing. Part of Trump's challenge in getting Blanche confirmed comes from Republican Senators Thom Tillis and John Cornyn, who could vote against Blanche if he cannot assure them that the so-called "weaponization fund," which would use taxpayer money to compensate people who believe they were wronged by the federal government, is dead. Sen. John Cornyn told reporters Tuesday following the Senate Judiciary Committee's vote to advance Todd Blanche's attorney general nomination that “there's nothing we could do” to rein in President Donald Trump. “Well, there's nothing we could do to rein in the president when he said he likes the fund and he wishes it still exists. But the fact of the matter [is] it's dead, and that's all we could do under these circumstances,” Cornyn, R-Texas, said. Cornyn, along with Sen. Thom Tillis, R-NC, agreed to support the nomination after Blanche put in writing that the DOJ is scrapping a $1.8 billion “anti-weaponization” fund that could have provided settlements to President Donald Trump's allies, including Jan. 6 rioters. The Senate Judiciary Committee voted 12-10, along party lines, on Tuesday to advance Blanche to a full Senate vote.
