@FreddieKraft Prime took the broadcast seriously & thus gave a professional broadcast whereas @NASCARONFOX consistently insults fans’ intelligence by focusing on humor & entertainment over the actual sport & the broadcast.

I hope Dale sees this. This goes far beyond side by side commercials and post race and pre race show. The commentary was better, more insightful. As if they took Nascar seriously. Camera angles always grabbed the action and new angles and ways to show the action not only on track but the pit road was refreshing and handled with real care for the audience. Nothing significant was missed. The on air talent were A+. Fox doesn’t care about Nascar. The effort put into the FOX broadcast is sub-par compared to every other sporting event on that network. Harvick being told to do Gen Z slang? What the hell. Cameras drifting off into space during races, cameras being cut too by the producer only to be showing literally an empty part of the track. Cautions being missed. I mean if you had to take a shot every time Clint Bowyer begs the producers LIVE ON AIR to continue showing an angle so he can explain something only for the camera to immediately cut away and here the dejection in Clint’s voice. Now I don’t mean the on air talent for Fox and the people behind the scene who are just trying their hardest. I get it, it’s a hard job, and those on air talents are fantastic and try so damn hard with what they’re given. It’s not enough. The glaring issues persist week in and week out until the Fox schedule is over. The message is clear to anyone who truly loves the sport and millions of race fans who, for decades, have watched this sport on tv : Fox has stopped caring about NASCAR and its fans. It is now just a yearly commitment they seem to remember they have weeks before the season begins with the quality they dish out. Media as a whole looks at Nascar like a joke. Netflix mad Nascar look like a bunch of morons and butchered the sport on their stupid sitcom, sorry Kevin James. But that’s a whole other topic. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

@FreddieKraft Its the quality of the broadcast and how Fox makes the sport look is what we complain about Larry. Look how much seriously Prime made Nascar look vs how dumb Fox shows the sport.

@FreddieKraft It’s absolutely a fair comparison. Take out post race. Prime had better production, better sound, more lively announcers, solid crew, camera work was better, picture was better. From green to checkered in comparison, Prime won big. I get why he can’t say that though.

@FreddieKraft Well Larry the point is we don't expect it from Fox. But NBC is in the same spot as Fox and we celebrate every year when they take over from you. So the frustrations with Fox are not simply about the handcuffs the broadcasts have on because they're on a network.

@FreddieKraft @LarryMac28 completely missed the point here. It wasn't just the commercials and post race show. It was the camera work, the production as a whole from the top down, from the booth to the production room. It was a far more professional and informative broadcast.

@FreddieKraft Fox has been a joke for years, they need to get rid of old school Mike Joy. NBC was way better than Fox. Wherever JR is that’s going to be the best broadcasting. Harvick would be a big plus working with JR. Prime has a very good team that has been put together.

@FreddieKraft Yet it’s perfectly fine to compare the prime broadcast vs FOX, NBC, ESPN, CBS in football.

@FreddieKraft One is at the mercy of advertisers and a constant rolling clock. The other owns its platform and can start/stop at will, ad revenue is just icing on the cake and they prioritize the sport over the advertisement.

@FreddieKraft It's more than commercials, the overall production from the video & audio side was miles better. Fox could be alot better even with tons of ads
