Pass the SAVE America Act using the talking filibuster. You have 50 Republicans plus the VP's tie breaking vote. This is an 80:20 issue. The votes are there. The discussion should not be about the talking filibuster. The discussion should be, why do members of Congress and Senate feel that the save act is not important for America when over 80% of Americans feel it is? Why is it they do not want to represent their constituency and the citizens that put them in office in the first place? Why is it they want to go their own way for political purposes versus doing the right thing? These should be a questions.

Debate is irrelevant because Democrats in the Senate are NEVER going to change their minds. They know secure voting would mean the end of their party.
